We made a 2 of things each of us would do every single day.
On the first day of the week, when I entered the kitchen at 5:45 am, my dad was so 3 to see me, “Wow! I can’t believe it! My sleep-loving daughter got up so early today!”
I handed him the list. “Have a look! The greatest New Year’s resolutions in the world!” I said 4 .
“A lot to do every day,” he looked 5 the list and said, “Don’t you think it was too much?”
“Not at all. I have already done the first resolution,” I said, showing off my cool hair. “Now I’m baking cookies before school for the 6 resolution.”
When I arrived at school, Mareya 7 her cookies to me and I shared mine with her. That morning, we had a difficult math test, which made us extra hungry for lunch. We each had a 8 with an egg, cabbage and onion in it.
One of our friends asked, “Do your sandwiches actually 9 good?”
Mareya smiled, “The third resolution says our lunch has to be healthy, not necessarily delicious. Anyway, we’ve done Task 3. And if we want to finish Tasks 4 and 5 10 the bell rings, we’d better hurry.”
Luckily, we managed to read our chapters and do the exercise. However, lots of homework made us have no time to do things big for the planet-the sixth resolution.
We wanted more time to finish 11 on our list. Therefore, we got up half an hour earlier on Tuesday. Even if with the extra time, we could 12 achieve all the goals on the list in one day. On Wednesday, we got up another half an hour earlier...
By Friday, we were too tired. When we got to school, we saw each other and couldn’t help 13 . We looked so funny.
