设计说明 本课时学习有关学习方法的写作。教学时先从复习本单元功能句型入手,导入新课,然后讨论学好英语的三种最佳方式,为写作做好铺垫;通过写作导图为学生搭建脚手架,帮助学生完成写作任务。通过Self Check的练习,进一步巩固本单元重要句型。 教学目标 通过本课时的学习,让学生达成以下目标: 1.知识目标 复习句型:—How can we learn English well? —I learn it well by doing sth. 2.能力目标 向朋友提供学习英语最佳方法的建议。 3.情感目标 培养学生善于发现并找到适合自己的学习方法的能力,形成自己的学习习惯,端正学习态度,切实提高英语水平,成为一名成功的学习者。 重点难点 1.重点: 掌握by doing结构, 并能用该结构介绍英语学习方法。 2.难点:能描述自己或他人在英语学习中遇到的问题;介绍英语学习方法及自己或他人的英语学习经验;能为他人提出英语学习方面的建议。 教学准备 PPT课件 教学过程 Step 1 Lead-in Get the students to have a free talk with the help of some pictures. —How can we learn English well? —By… Step 2 Work on 3a Your friend wants to improve his/her English and asks you for help. What are the three best ways to learn and why? Make some notes in the chart.
Step 3 Writing Write a letter to your friend. Give him/her some advice about the best ways to learn English. Use your notes in 3a. Give an example to show the students how to write.

If you are interested in something, your brain will be more active and you will be more focused. If you like music, I think you should listen to English songs. If you do this, you will be able to improve your pronunciation. It is also a good idea to read English books because well-written books can teach you many new words and how they are used. You could try to improve your English by watching English movies. This will help you to improve your listening and speaking skills as you will have a chance to listen to natural speech.
