【教学目标】
I. 语言目标:
1.词汇:复习巩固前两课时所学单词.
2.句型:复习巩固前两课时的句型,如“What will you do?”、“I will…”.
II. 应用目标:
1.能完成E部分的书面练习.
2.能综合运用本单元的单词和重点句型谈论自己或他人将来的活动或计划.
【教学重难点】
1.重点:能综合运用本单元的单词和重点句型谈论自己或他人将来的活动或计划,完成E部分的读写练习.
2.难点:E部分的读写练习中有一些生词,教师可用课件或图片帮助学生在语境或情境中猜测词义.
【教学准备】
单词卡片、关于母亲节的贺卡、教学音频等(有条件的学校可利用幻灯片、多媒体课件).
【教学过程】
I. 热身/复习 (Warm-up/ Revision)
1.Greetings.
2.Let's chant.
A card, a letter, for my mum. Chocolates, red roses for her, too. Mother, mother, mother, I love you. Mother, mother, mother, happy Mother's Day! |
3.A survey.
T: Our mothers are so beautiful, clever and kind. Do you love your mother? How deep do you love your mother? Let's make a survey about it.
Q1: Do you know your mother's birthday?
Q2: What size does your mother wear?
Q3: Do you know your mother's favourite food?
Q4: Do you know your mother's favourite colour?
Q5: Do you know your mother's hobby?
Q6: Do you often help your mother?
Q7: Do you often make your mother angry?
Q8: What will you say to your mother?
Q9: What will you do for your mother?
II. 读写练习 (Let's write.)
E部分要求学生根据选词完成小语段,教师可以将E部分的教学分解为以下活动.
1.教师展示母亲节的活动图片,让学生复习巩固关于母亲节的一些词汇,如 Mother's Day, Mother's Day card, gift, celebrate, happy, a box of chocolates, flowers, cook a delicious dinner等.
2.教师就母亲节的话题,引导学生进行口头表达,如“What will you do for your mother?”、“What gift will you buy for your mother?”、“How does your mother feel on Mother's Day?”等.
3.学生自主完成E部分的读写练习,选词完成小语段;然后教师核对答案并讲评.
III. 趣味活动 (Let's have fun.)
1.教师提前布置学生设计好母亲节的贺卡,写下英文祝福及自己将为母亲做的一件有意义的事情.
2.学生分组交流自己的贺卡及自己将为母亲做的事情;每组轮流上台展示汇报,学生自己评选出最佳贺卡设计奖、最佳表现奖等.
【作业布置】
1.默写B部分词汇;朗读A部分和C部分的课文.
2.查找父亲节的资料,并制作一张父亲节的贺卡.
