Teaching steps:

Step1: Warming-up

The teacher sings Are you sleeping? to wake up the students.

T: Hello! Boys and girls. It’s time to go to school. Let’s go to school.

Step 2: Presentation

1.Show a picture of school and learn the word: school.

T: Look! This is our school.

2.  Play the video: How do you go to school?
3.  Show the picture of the Sheep family.

T: Look! Here comes the Yangyang family. Let’s see how they go to school.

4. Show the pictures of the numbers of the sheep family one by one and talk about how he or she goes to school.

Step 3: Consolidation

1. Play the game of Turning the Wheel to memorize the ways to go to school.
