Teaching steps:
Step1: Warming-up
The teacher sings Are you sleeping? to wake up the students.
T: Hello! Boys and girls. It’s time to go to school. Let’s go to school.
Step 2: Presentation
1.Show a picture of school and learn the word: school.
T: Look! This is our school.
- Play the video: How do you go to school?
- Show the picture of the Sheep family.
T: Look! Here comes the Yangyang family. Let’s see how they go to school.
- Show the pictures of the numbers of the sheep family one by one and talk about how he or she goes to school.
Step 3: Consolidation
1. Play the game of Turning the Wheel to memorize the ways to go to school.
