教学目标：Teaching aims：

1.  知识与技能目标：

1) 掌握以下重点单词及短语

shake,  milk shake,  blender,  peel, pour, yogurt, honey, watermelon, spoon, finally,  put...in ，pour ...into, cut...up,  turn ...on, turn...off ,a bag of,two spoons of,one cup of...

2)掌握以下句式：

①  ─How do you make a banana milk shake? 

    ─First, peel the bananas…

② ─How many bananas do we need?

   ─We need three bananas.

③ ─How much yogurt do we need?

─We need one cup of yogurt.

3) 学会以下语法点：

Can use “how much ”and “how many” ask for things.

4)  学会制作香蕉奶昔和水果沙拉，学会使用 “first ,next ,next ,then finally” 来有序地描述制作过程，操练学生的 听、说、读写技能 .

2.教学过程与方法:

Demonstration method（演示法），listening and speaking teaching method （听说法）,task -based teaching method（任务型教学法）.

3. 情感与价值观：

1.  通过组织学生体验制作食物并且尝试说出制作过程，来帮助学生掌握生活小技能。

2.  通过让学生亲自制作水果沙拉，共同品尝沙拉，使学生体会劳动的快乐及分享劳动果实的喜悦，培养学生热爱劳动的情感。

教学重、难点:Teaching key points and difficulties

1. 教学重点 ：

1)动词短语；describe the processes of making a milk shake and fruit salad.

2)学会使用 “how much,how many”来问问题 。

3）学会运用短语“a bag of,two spoons of,one cup of，two boxes of”来表达不可数名词milk，yogurt，honey的数量。

2.教学难点

学会正确的表达香蕉奶昔和硕果沙拉的制作过程。

教学课时：第1课时

学情分析 Analysis of students：

学生平时喜欢喝饮料，并且也会制作水果沙拉。因此对于他们而言，动手制作水果沙拉不成问题，他们需要的是学会使用“first ,next ,next ,then finally” 来有序地描述水果沙拉的制作过程，学会用How much，How many来问物体的数量，用“of”量词短语回答“How much”的问题。

Step 1：引导学生朗读教学目标

Read the teaching aims and understand what we will learn and do today.

Step 2:Warming up导入

1. T: What’s your favorite fruit?你最爱的水果是什么？

S: apple, orange, strawberry, banana, pear, watermelon.

2. T：What’s your favorite drink?你最爱的饮料是什么？

S: Cola/ milk tea / orange juice/ …

3. Lead-in导入新课

通过看奶昔图片导入 Look ! What is this ? A milk shake

教师: 现在我们要学怎样制作香蕉奶昔了，我们需要什么来制作呢？学生一边说所需材料，教师一边并向学生展示制作材料；

教师自然引出教学重点问题How many bananas do we need? How much milk do we need?” 同时数量S:  two  bananas , three bags….

Step3: Presentation

1,The teacher shows the students how to make a banana milk shake and emphasizes to say key verb phrases during making the shake .

2,After making the shake , the teacher should write down some key words and verb phrases on the blackboard.

Step 4: Finish 1a filling in tasks.

3)    Choose the correct words to fill in the blanks , then check the answers.

4)    Read the actions : peel the bananas, cut up the bananas, put the bananas  in the blender, pour the milk into the blender, turn on the blender; turn off the blender ,drink the milk shake.

Step 5: Task 2 Finish 1b 、1c

5)    Guess the orders first

6)    Listen to put the instructions in order. .

7)    Check the answers

8)    Finish 1c to repeat the processes of making a banana milk shake.

Step 6: 任务 3

让学生分组制作水果沙拉，并说制作过程。

1）组织学生核查他们所学要的制作材料。 .

2）Help them around like offering some honey...

3）Ask them to report the processes of making fruit salad.

Step 7 : 任务4

 完成 2a,2b 并强调 “How much 后跟不可数名词， “How many”  后跟可数名词。

1)  Complete the chart

2)  Write down the ingredients in the chart.

3)  Correct the answers and read the listening contents.

Step 8: Practice

让学生做PPT 图片中精选的习题

Step 9 : Emotional education德育

To share the fruits of labor is to gain happiness.（分享劳动的果实就会获得幸福）

Homework作业:

3)  写下制作香蕉奶昔和水果沙拉的制作过程。

4)  自学Section A部分的2d 和 3b .

5)    完成学生练习册上第一课时的习题.

学生读教学目标

学生说他们喜欢的水果名称.

Say what fruit we need to make a banana milk shake.

Students look at the teacher's actions and learn to say some verbs and verb phrases like “peel,cut up ,put ...in pour ...into,turn on ,drink...”

Students try to fill in blanks in the pictures. 

Students listen to the tape to put the instructions in order. .
