难点教学方法	首先，以不同国家的见面礼仪为话题，一步步引导学习be supposed to 句型，有肯定句，否定句，一般疑问句，特殊疑问句，由简到难，层层深入，让学生快速熟悉目标句型。再结合练习题进一步巩固练习，最后让学生归纳总结句型结构。

导入	1. T: Today I have a piece of good news for you! Next week, several exchange students will come to our school. They are from different countries. Where are they from? They are from Brazil, the United States, Japan, Korea and Mexico. (show the flags of the countries) 2. T: As we know, in China, we are supposed to shake hands when we meet for the first time. What about in their countries? What are people supposed to do when they meet for the first time? Now, let’s go to their countries and have a look.
知识讲解（难点突破）	1. T: First let’s go to the United States. A: What are people in the United States supposed to do when they meet for the first time? B: They are supposed to shake hands. 2. T: Next, let’s go to Mexico. A: What are people in Mexico supposed to do when they meet for the first time? B: They are supposed to shake hands. A: Are people in Mexico supposed to shake hands when they meet for the first time? B: Yes, they are. 3. T: What about in Japan? Look! What are they doing? T: Yes, they are bowing. People in Japan are supposed to bow when they meet for the first time. They aren’t supposed to shake hands. 4. In Korea A: Are they supposed to shake hands when they meet for the first time? B: No, they aren’t. They are supposed to bow. 5. In Brazil T: Can you guess? They are expected to kiss each other when they meet for the first time. (Brazil is a special country, the people in Brazil are outgoing, so they kiss each other when they meet for the first time.) 6. In Mexico and the United States, people are supposed to shake hands . In Japan and Korea, people are supposed to bow . In Brazil, people are supposed to kiss . T: So different countries have different customs. Let’s welcome and greet our new friends in their ways, and make them feel at home. I’m sure they’ll have a good time in our school, and they’ll have a good time in China. Let’s look forward to their coming.
