When Frank Herbert ordered pizza from Pizza Huts, he was surprised that Judit, at such an old age, worked as a delivery driver. That's when the 89-year-old man first came into the sight of the Herbert family. Judit Newey started delivering pizza in Roy, Utah, to help pay the bills, as his social security benefits (社会保障金) weren't enough to live on. From the moment the Herberts heard him say, “Hello, are you looking for some pizza," Judit found his way into their hearts!

Ever since that day, whenever they place an order, they ask for Judit personally. It didn't take long for them to begin recording their sweet meetings and share them on TikTok, which is how thousands of other people fell in love with Judit. Still, his fans couldn't help but wonder why someone at his age was working so hard—question the Herbert family was asking themselves too. They spoke with Judit, and when they found out he works 30 hours a week to make ends meet, they decided to collect donations to make his life easier. They figured anything would help, but the total sum which is up to $12,000 really surprised them!

In September, the couple decided to switch things up by showing up at Judit's door with a couple of gifts. First, they surprised him with a cute cartoon shirt of himself holding a pizza box. Then they revealed the surprising act of generosity that brought him to tears! They explained that they had rallied their TikTok community to support him, and while he's not entirely sure what the platform is, he couldn't be more thankful.

“How do ever say thank you? I don't know what to say, "he told them. "I don't know what to say, except thank you." The Herberts insisted they were just the messengers. It was his fans who made the wonderful gift possible. Plus, the way they see it, they're just repaying Judit for his kindness.

Professor Cooper once gave a lecture in his first acting class for us in the first term, informing us of the significance of valuing the business of acting. As I made preparations for my graduation as a senior, I thought back on the lecture in the first class and I considered my love for the art of theatre seriously. I'm more than happy to say that, for the most part, my determination for acting remained as strong as ever.

Even after I've learned about the difficulties and the heartbreak that go with working as an actor, I know that it is still the right path for me. Something Professor Cooper said in that first acting class has stuck with me through these last three years. He said, "Every actor chooses to act for their own reasons—personally I do it because I have to. I have to perform. It's who l am." For as long as I've been performing, I've wondered how to best describe why I do what I do. Professor Cooper answered that question for me that day.

When I was little and first imagined what it would be like to be a real actor, I would imagine being famous about by many people someday. However, I never actually wanted that. I act because no matter what is going on in my life, no matter how stressed I am with what's happening outside of or during practices, when I'm on stage, I'm home and I'm me.

Many parents will feel worried about their children's choosing to be an actor. Some will be surprised. My parents are just exceptions. They knew from the start that nothing was going to keep me from doing what I love.

There's one problem that Silicon Valley hasn't solved even though self-driving cars become more and more popular nowadays. That is the traffic jam. But a U.K. aeronautics and space company, Airbus Group, may find a solution. The company's branch in Silicon Valley recently announced it's been working on a secret project titled "Vahana", an autonomous flying vehicle which can be used for not only passenger but also goods transport.

Airbus' flying taxi is designed to resemble a drone（无人机）, traveling medium-length distances. Developers in France and Germany are working on an electrically operated platform that would allow the flying taxi to carry multiple passengers once between city destinations. The vehicle would initially be manned by a pilot, for no countries allow completely autonomous flying vehicles at present.

Flight tests of the first Vahana prototype（原型）are planned, in the hope of bringing the product to consumers quickly. That's about ten years sooner than another future-travel system Hyperloop One.

"I'm no big fan of Star Wars, but it's not crazy to imagine that one day our big cities will have flying cars making their way along roads in the sky," says Airbus Group CEO Tom Enders. "In a not-too-distant future, we'll use our smartphones to book a fully automated flying taxi that will land outside our front door—without any pilot.

But before you get too excited about beating rush-hour traffic, it's worth noting that the company has a lot of technological kinks to work out before the product is ready to test. The same sensor technology that allows self-driving cars to avoid accidents doesn't exist for aerial vehicles. Airbus Group isn't the only company trying to get in the autonomous air transportation game. There are a number of drone companies on the market and the Ehang 184, a Chinese passenger drone, will begin flight testing in June.
