Larry and I have always had ur basic values in cmmn, but ur interests are as far apart as p-era and basketball. I lve art, and he is a huge sprts fan. His big passin is seeing basketball games. He has been sharing seasn tickets with his friends fr years. I must admit I’ve been always invited t see the games tgether.

What are tw things that make humans different frm animals? One is language and the ther is music. It’s true that sme animals can sing. Hwever, the sngs f animals like birds are very limited. It’s als true that humans, nt animals, have develped musical instruments.
Music is a strange thing. It’s clearly different frm language. Hwever, peple can use music t cmmunicate things---especially their emtins. When music is used with speech in a sng, it’s a very pwerful frm f cmmunicatin.
If music is truly different frm speech, then we shuld prcess music and language in different parts f the brain. The scientific study suggests this is true.
