B Let’s Learn A Let’s Listen and Say
1. 词汇: 听懂、会说、认读新单词came,ran,sang,metre,race,sports,first,second,third,last; 能听懂、认读新单词cheered,wanted。
2. 句型:能用“Who was first?” “ Amy was first.”描述顺序;能用新学的单词对过去发生的事情做简单的描述。
3. 能用序数词描述顺序,能在特定的场合正确运用序数词。
4. 能用已学动词的过去式对过去发生的事情做简单的描述。
5. 能听懂、会说A部分的对话。
掌握序数的规律,灵活运用序数词;能用句型描述顺序或名次。
序数词的灵活运用。
课件、单词卡片、录音机和磁带。
Step 1 Warmup & Revision
1. Sing the song: Where were you?
2. 教师用课件出示chant,学生边跟唱边做动作,活跃课堂气氛:
One two, tie your shoe. (伸出手指数数,作系鞋带状)
Three four, touch the floor. (伸出手指数数,蹲下摸地面)
Five six, stir and mix. (伸出另一只手数数,作搅拌状)
Nine ten, count again. (双手反过来再数一遍)
One two three four five six seven eight nine ten. (一根手指一根手指地再数一遍)
Step 2 Presentation & Practice
B Let’s Learn
1. 用课件呈现图片,教师教授one metre,a race,sports,板书并带读。稍后对B部分右侧动词及其过去式进行讲解与训练。
2. 用课件呈现十个序数词,first, second, third单独呈现。词缀改用红色,以便区分。
3. Let’s chant:
基变序,有规律。词尾加上th (fourth,sixth,tenth)。一、二、三,特殊记,结尾字母t,d,d (first,second,third)。八减t,九去e (eighth,ninth),ve要用f替(fifth)。
4. Practice:
(1)Quick response: 教师说基数词,学生说序数词。
(2)Game: What’s missing? 出示1-10的序数词词卡,学生先认读一遍,接着教师随机抽走其中一张,请学生猜一猜被抽走的是哪一张,随后可抽走两张,加大难度。
(3)基数词和序数词的配对练习。
A Let’s Listen and Say
1. 教师设置情景:Yesterday was Sports Day. There was a onehundredmetre race. 板书Sports Day,metre,race并教读。
2. 教师展示本部分第一幅图说:All the runners came here. Everybody was ready.教师板书runner,everybody,come-came并教读。
3. 教师展示第二三幅图,说:Look at these girls. They ran fast. They all wanted to win. No one wanted to be last.教师板书run-ran,want-wanted,win并教读。
4. 教师展示第四幅图,问:Who was first? 学生看图,说:Oh, Amy was first, Lingling was second. Anne was third. All the students sang and cheered for them.教师板书third,sing-sang,cheer-cheered并带读。
5. 教师播放录音,学生不看书,听录音回答问题:Who was first/second/third?
6. 教师再次播放录音,学生打开书边听边跟读课文,并核对上面问题的答案。
7. 学生小组内朗读课文。
Step 3 Consolidation & Extension
连线练习。将节日与相应的日期连线。(教师可给予适当的提示和帮助)
Children’s Day the twentyfifth of December
Christmas Day the first of October
Teachers’ Day the first of June
National Day the eighth of March
Women’s Day the tenth of September
先连线,然后让学生尝试着说句子。如:Children’s Day is on the first of June.
Step 4 Summary& Homework
1. 小结:师生共同回顾基数词变序数词的规律。
2. 作业:(1)听录音,熟读A部分课文;(2)抄写1-10的序数词三遍。

本课时B部分重点学习了1-10的序数词,A部分重点学习了问答名次的句型“—Who was first/second/…? —...was first/second/...”。教师在教学过程中要多设计一些课堂活动和游戏来操练单词,强化学生对新词的记忆。
