1. Ss read the fitness plan and try to draw two pictures of Zhou Bo, one for now and the other for 2 months later.

3. T proposes the question:

Ss read the text quickly and circle the key words relative to the answer.

4. Ss read the fitness plan again and discuss in groups whether the fitness plan is good or not，and explain their reasons. If Ss claim that it is not good enough, T asks Ss try to polish it.

1. Ss in each group find out the items in the fitness plan such as Name, Age, Weight, Height, Fitness goal, Exercise.

2. Ss brainstorm what makes a fitness plan proper and practical, for example:

(1) proper exercise

(2) specific requirements

(3) clear goals and deadlines

(4) attractive pictures

通过头脑风暴，发挥学生的思辨能力，帮助学生总结个人健身计划表的文体特征，为后续的个人健身计划制作奠定基础。

3. Ss in each group discuss the detailed information in their own fitness plans, taking down the notes.

通过小组讨论健身计划的细节信息，协作设计健身计划，激发学生的参与意识，促使学生在真实的语言实践中将输入转化为输出。小组活动将个人任务与小组讨论结合，将分层教学与合作学习结合，检验所学，合作互助，共同进步。

小组讨论要设计的健身计划，并由记录员记录相关信息。

4. Ss complete their groups’ fitness plans according to the notes taken down before and show their plans to the whole class. After all plans are shown by all groups, Each S chooses one that he/she think is the most proper and attractive by putting his/her smile cards on it. 

根据记录的信息，小组协作设计健身计划，并在班级范围内展示，学生/小组之间互相点评，选出最佳健身计划。
