【教学目标】
1.认知目标:
(1)能听懂并且会读本课的内容.
(2)能读、写、说出和听懂下面词汇: scarf, cap, sit, wait, maybe, really.
(3)能说出和听懂Jenny buys a scarf for her mother, some tea for her father, a kite for her sister and a cap for her brother. They sit and wait.等句子.
2.能力目标:能用所学句型写出一段话,描述为家人购买什么礼物.
3.情感目标:通过本课学习,使学生懂得外出旅行购买礼物给家人、朋友是一件快事.
【教学重点】
掌握词汇scarf, cap, sit, wait, maybe, really.
【教学难点】
能用所学句型写出一段话,描述为家人购买什么礼物.
【教学准备】
教学卡片cards、tape-recorder、多媒体课件ppt.
【教学过程】
Ⅰ.Warm-up
师生之间互相打招呼问好并自由对话(Free talk)营造上英语课的氛围,让学生进入学习英语的状态: Hello! Nice to meet you. How are you today? How's the weather today? What day is today? How's the weather today? Are you happy today?
Ⅱ.Presentation
1.谈话导入: Last week, Jenny, Danny and Li Ming went to the Tiananmen Square, the Palace Museum and the Great Wall. Today, they are going shopping. Where are they going?
出示王府井的图片,问: What's this?
答: Wangfujing Street. Let's go and have a look.
引出新课: This class, we will study Lesson 11《Shopping in Beijing》.出示课题,领读课题.
2.细读短文回答问题.(在原文中圈出答案)
(1)Does Danny go shopping?
(2)What does Jenny buy?
(3)Is Danny busy?
(4)What does Danny buy?
学生细读短文,小组讨论,在原文中圈出答案,然后共同解答.
3.解答:
(1)Does Danny go shopping?
a.学生说一说,在原文中找出有关问题的那句话
b.课件出示: Danny's tail hurts, but he loves shopping.因此: He goes shopping.
c.出示答案: Yes, he does.
(2)What does Jenny buy?
a.学生在原文中圈出答案,说一说.然后课件出示这4中物品的图片
b.教学a scarf, some tea, a kite, a cap.
c.学生读一读这些单词,注意单词的发音.
d.小组内说一说,比一比谁说的好.
e.再仔细读这一段,这些物品分别是买给谁的,然后完成连线题.
(3)Is Danny busy?
a.学生在原文中找到相关的句子
b.课件出示: Danny is so busy. He looks in fifteen shops.
c.学生读一读.
d.出示答案: Yes, he is. What about Jenny, Li Ming and Mrs. Li?
e.学生找一找,然后读一读.
f.课件出示: Jenny, Li Ming and Mrs. Li sit down. They sit and wait.
g.教学: sit, wait.学生体验一下: sit and wait,说一说此时的心情如何.
(4)What does Danny buy?
a.学生先说一说答案.
b.出示答案: He buys a big panda.
c.学生想象一下,自己买了一个这么大的毛绒玩具,需要抱着回家,边做抱玩具的动作,边说I buy a big panda.
Ⅲ.Reading
1.Listen to the tape, and point to the sentences.
2.Read the text with the tape.
Ⅳ.Practice
1.Let's say.小组说一说,自己外出旅游,为家人带礼物,分别为他们选择哪些礼物.
2.Read and write.读一读,完成下面的为家人购买礼物的小短文:
What do you want to buy for your family?
I want to buy.
Ⅴ.Letters and sounds
1.自己读单词: museum, computer, student体会字母u在单词里的发音,然后小组讨论说一说.再读一读单词.
2.自己读单词: palace, bicycle, office和lake, blue, kilometer体会字母c和l在单词里的发音,小组说一说,然后再读单词.
Ⅵ.Summary
我们这节课主要学习了单词scarf, cap, sit, wait, maybe, really和句子Jenny buys a scarf for her mother, some tea for her father, a kite for her sister and a cap for her brother. They sit and wait.
