课堂教学
Step 1 Leading in
1.Greet the class.
2.Divide the students into three groups,and get them to have a competition on writing words about clothing,fun things and kitchen things.Then ask some students to write their words on the blackboard.
3.Lead the students to read aloud the words.
Step 2 Work on 1a
Ask the students to look at the pictures and write things they see in the correct columns in the chart.
Step 3 Work on 1b
1.Read the instruction in 1b.
2.Play the recording for the first time.Ask the students to match the persons with the things.
3.Play the recording for a second time.Ask the students to match the reasons with the things.
4.Check the answers with the whole class.Play the recording again.
Step 4 Work on 1c
1.Make the students work in pairs,and ask them to make conversations according to the example sentences.
2.Ask several pairs to act out their conversations to the class.
Step 5 Work on 2a-2b
1.Ask the students to review the words of school things.Ask questions like:“What do you usually have in your schoolbags?”
2.Play the recording for the first time.Make the students listen and fill in the words in 2a.
3.Ask “Who do you think the schoolbag belongs to?” Let the students use “could/might/must” and “can’t” to answer the question.
4.Play the recording for a second time.Make the students listen and fill in the blanks in 2b.
5.Check the answers with the whole class.
Step 6 Work on 2c
Get the students to make conversations using the information in 2a and 2b.
Step 7 Work on 2d
1.Read the conversation quickly and make a reasonable inference.

2.Ask the students to read aloud the conversation in 2d and find the sentences with inferences.Explain the new words and phrases.
3.Explain the sentences and other important language points.
4.Get the students to practice reading aloud.Then ask several pairs to role⁃play the conversation.
◇教学反思◇
本课时是听说课,主要内容是谈论物品的归属,这也是学生熟悉和感兴趣的一个话题,因此上课时学生的积极性很高,课堂气氛活跃。
本课时学习了一些新单词和短语并复习了情态动词表示推测的用法,并让学生对情态动词的具体用法有了更加深刻的认识,学生在课堂上学习的同时也做了一些相关的练习,使学生对本课时的知识能够记忆得更加牢固。
