(一)导入:1、Sng: Rw Rw Rw yur bat.
2、Free talk: Using adjectives t describe the pem.
(二)探究新知Step ne: Warmer:Using the adjectives t describe yur classmates.
Example: ① This is Xiayng. He is a clever pupil.
② This is Yuanjiaqi. She’s very clever, but she’s a bit shy.
Step Tw: Listen and pint.
(1) Pint ut the different meanings f the wrd “cl”.
In this unit, “cl” means fashinable, and it is mst cmmnly used t mean “quite cld”. The wrd “cl” has ther meanings as well, but they are nes that the students are unlikely t cme acrss in the future.
(2) Listen t the tape and underline the new wrds. Write dwn these adjectives n the bard, and then learn these new wrds.
Listen t the tape again. Read the text.
Clse yur bk. Use CAI shws the pictures f text. Chse sme students t describe the pictures.
Step Three: Listen and say, then say the pem and d the actins.
Play the spken versin f the pem. And have the students. Repeat each line. Play the tape and have the students.
(三)巩固新知Tell the students that they are ging t wrk in grups f three r fur.
D the AB unit 2.
Game: Explain that they are ging t play a game where they have t whisper sme infrmatin t their classmate. That classmate has t whisper the infrmatin t the next persn.
The last persn. That persn has t say that he \she heard.
Then, the ther students listen carefully t find ut if the message has changed at all.
