Cartoon time and Checkout time
二、教学目标:
1.理解Cartoon time的小故事,并能正确朗读,了解他人的梦想,并树立自己的理想。
2.能正确完成checkout time 练习,能灵活运用本课所学到的新知识,举一反三
3.能掌握一般将来时的用法,掌握两个重点句型want to do以及will, should的用法。
4.会使用want to be/do 和will的句型来进行仿写来描述自己的梦想。
三、教学重点:
1.学生能自主阅读cartoon time,读懂内容,体会乐趣,提高自主阅读能力
2.能正确完成Checkout time 练习。
四、教学难点:
会使用want to be/do 和will的句型来进行文章和句子的仿写来描述自己的梦想。
五、教学准备:
PPT, 准备好关于自己梦想的相关文章或者句子,。
六、教学过程:
Step 1. Warming up
- Watch a video.
What jobs do you hear in the video?
- Play a game: Word linking
There are many kinds of jobs in the world.
Let’s play a game to say what do they do?
Step 2. Revision
- You know so much about jobs.
Do you remember what are the children’s dreams in the story?
What do they want to be in the future?
What do they want to do?
Step 3. Checkout time
- Here are some new friends. Let’s listen what do they want to be in the future?
Step 4. Cartoon time
- Everyone has a dream. Don’t forget our good friends Sam, Bobby, Billy and Willy.
What are their dreams?
PPT shows the picture of Bobby
Watch the cartoon and match.

- T:They want their dreams come true. What should they or will they do? Let’s read the dialogue and complete the forms.
