1．Greetings

T: Good morning, class. How are you today?

Have you ever been to a summer camp?

What was it like?

2．Review some of the key importance from Lesson 47.

Ⅱ．Present

Instruct the students to read the title of Lesson 48

1．Teacher: Who do you think is in the picture? Help the students answer the questions

Students: It is Li Ming planting rice/doing farm work

2．Teacher: That's right. Li Ming has a great plan for summer. He is going to be an exchange student.

Have any of you been an exchange student?

Ⅲ．Read
