教学目的:
- 通过本课的学习,使学生掌握四会词汇:helmet, must, wear,
attention, pay attention to, traffic light.
在学生掌握句式的基础上熟练运用:
How can I get to the Fuxing Hospital?
Take the No. 57 bus over there.
In the USA, people on bikes must wear a helmet.
Don’t go at the red lights!
教学重点:
词汇: 掌握四会词汇并能正确运用helmet, must, wear, attention, pay attention to, traffic light.

教学难点: 能够听说对话并用helmet, must, wear, attention, pay attention to, traffic light等造句,并能熟练运用.

教学过程:
Step1. Let’s chant
让学生学说chant.先熟知How do you go to school?以及回答 I go to school by bike./on foot.等,使学生进一步熟知sometimes,never,always, often四个频度副词的用法。
Step2. Free talk
1.出示教学图片,让学生观察图上的交通工具。教会学生进一步学会

- 利用图片进行师生交谈.进一步让学生掌握:
How can I get to the Fuxing Hospital?
Take the No. 57 bus over there.
In the USA, people on bikes must wear a helmet.
Don’t go at the red lights!
(设计意图:图画及亲身体验会引起小学生的兴趣,增强他们的求知欲。使学生由被动学习变成主动学习。)
3.让学生掌握怎样来上学及其回答的日常用语。

播放录音,模仿朗读,并选出正确答案。

(4).指定学生朗读以上句子,并说出主要句子的汉语意思。
(5).指定学生核对答案,教师指导。

What do you learn about riding a bike from the dialogue?
(1)Let’s play a game.
教师通过播放图片,教师提出问题,让学生回答。
T: How do you come to school?
S: I come to school on foot./ by bus./ by car….

(2)创设情景,要求学生和小伙伴谈谈交通标志。
a.学生分角色表演对话Let’s talk.

指定学生核对答案,教师指导。
3. Make a survey.
(1).How can they come to school?
学生对班上的同学进行小调查。教师指定同学上台说出调查结果,并在讲台上展示调查结果。
2).能准确读出对话Let’s talk.
4. Tell your partner: What do these signs mean? Where can you see them?
(1). 教师利用图片进行教学,使学生掌握在哪里可以见到这些标志? 这些标志的意思是什么?
掌握短语及句式:look right,on the road, in Hong Kong, in the subway. Don’t touch the door.
(2).初步了解在美国,英国的交通方式,在网上查一查.
