Teaching objectives

1.Language knowledge objectives:

 1) After the functional practice, the Ss can listen to, speak, and read fluently the phrases and sentences: go swimming, go shopping, go fishing. What will you do this Sunday? I’ll go shopping.

 2) After the functional practice, the Ss can write the words correctly: do go swim.

Warming up and revision

1. Review the words.

Watch and speak the words out.

Review the words and increase their interests.

3. Learn the phrases: go swimming, go shopping, go fishing.

Look at it and guess who’s calling?

Watch the cartoon and find the answer.

Watch the picture and learn to say.

Practice the sentence with the new phrases.

Increase their interests in the class, and lead to the main character.

Task work for the students, let them  watch the cartoon with the question.

Pictures can give the students a direct idea about the phrases.

Put the phrases with the sentence together. Make sure how to use the knowledge.

A rhythmic chant can help the Ss use the sentences and the words together, and they can keep interests on learning too.

This game can let the students practice the sentences, and try to use the sentences as well.
