What wuld it be like t be blind r deaf? Or imaging yu can’t walk r use yur
hands easily. Mst peple wuld never think abut this, but many peple have these difficulties. I can’t use my arms r legs well, s nrmal things like answering the telephne, pening and clsing drs, r carrying things are difficult fr me. Then ne day last year, a friend f mine helped me ut. She talked t Animal Helpers abut getting me a special trained dg. She als thught a dg might cheer me up. I lve animals and I was excited abut the idea f having a dg.
After six mnths f training with a dg at Animal Helpers, I was able t bring him hme. My dg’s name is Lucky --- a gd name fr him because I feel very lucky t have him. Yu see, I’m nly able t have a “dg helper” because f yur kindness! Lucky is very clever and understands many English wrds. He can understand me when I give him rders. Fr example, I say “Lucky! Get my bk,” and he des it at nce.
Lucky is a fantastic dg. I’ll send yu a pht f him if yu like, and I culd shw yu hw he helps me. Thank yu again fr changing my life.

Grammar现在完成时(二)
1.用法:
(1)现在完成时通常表示在说话之前已经完成的动作或存在的状态。说话人强调的是该动作或状态对现在的结果或影响。
My daughter has just gne ut. 我女儿刚出去。
I’m sure we’ve met befre. 我肯定我们以前见过面。
She has arrived. 她到了。
(2)表示持续到现在的动作或状态,往往和包括现在在内的表示一段时间的状语连用,如recently, already, just, lately, fr…, since…,yet等。如:
I haven’t heard frm her these days. 这些日子我没有收到她的信。
We haven’t seen yu recently. 最近我们没有见到你。
They have been away fr tw years. 他们离开已经两年了。

2.since和fr的区别
since后接时间点,如1993,last term, yesterday, the time I gt there
fr后接一段时间,表示“长达多久”,如ten years, a while, tw days等。

3.一般过去时与现在完成时的区别
过去时表示过去某时发生的动作或单纯叙述过去的事情,强调动作;
现在完成时态为过去发生的,强调过去的事情对现在的影响,强调的是影响;
试比较:
I saw this film yesterday.(强调看得动作发生过了,不涉及现在)
I have seen this film.(强调对现在的影响,电影的内容已经知道了)
一般过去时常与具体的时间状语连用,如:in1949,yesterday,last week...
现在完成时常和带有 since 或 fr 等表示“一段时间”的状语连用
4.have been(t)与 have gne( t)的区别:
have been(t)表示“去过某地(现在已经回来了)”,可用于 各人称;
have gne(t)表示“去某地了 (说话时某人不在当地)”,常用于第三人称,前者可与 nce , never, several times 等连用,后者则不能。
