Then they called 911.Befre they culd call their families, hwever, the line went dead. That meant that they were cmpletely cut ff frm the utside wrld. All they culd d was wait and hpe smene wuld cme t rescue them.
Minutes ticked by. Smke began t flat int the ffice. Sn it became hard fr them t breathe.
Lking arund, Skaar nticed a small wrkrm. It seemed t have cleaner air. S they crwded there. That helped fr a while, but in time even the wrkrm was filled with deadly smke.
Hpeless, they tried t break the windws, but the glass was nt breakable. Everything they threw at it just bunced back.
