Scial Netwrking Sites: Are They
Changing Human Cmmunicatin?
It is hardly news that peple are using the Internet t cmmunicate with thers mre and mre. Sme peple fear that smeday we will n lnger feel the need t talk t ne anther face t face. Hwever, sme recent studies suggest that peple cmmunicate, r stay in tuch, even mre than they used t. Whichever side yu fall n, what is clear and withut dubt is that human cmmunicatin has changed in the 21st century. But results f recent scientific studies may have us recnsider just hw much ur new cmmunicatin frms have changed ur wrld.

This generatin has never knwn a wrld withut the Internet. Tyagi says that these peple use the Internet t cmmunicate with thers s much that they may have truble frming real relatinships. Tyagi is cncerned that peple may start and end relatinships ver the Internet. Describing the Internet he said, “It's a wrld where everything mves fast and changes all the time, where relatinships are quickly ended at the click f a muse.”

In additin t scientific studies, there are many wh feel that the benefits f scial netwrking sites utweigh the pssible negative sides. Many peple, especially thse wh spend a lt f time at hme, fr varius reasns, find the Internet a lifeline. They are able t cmmunicate with many peple using these sites.
Perhaps the key t this new cmmunicatin style is self-cntrl and cmmn sense. If smene spends all f his time n the Internet, and never actually sees friends face t face, that seems like an unhealthy way t live. But if smene spends time n the Internet, sme f which is spent arranging meetings fr “real” time tgether, then it seems almst cmplementary (互补的). Balance is the key t keeping cmmunicatin alive in the 21st century.
12.Which f the fllwing ideas may Himanshu Tyagi agree with?
A.Scial netwrking sites harm peple f all ages.
B.The Internet weakens yung peple's relatinships.
C.The use f the Internet imprves peple's immune system.

A.It will stp the face-t-face interactin.
B.It reduces the self-esteem f yung adults.
C.It may cause sme serius health prblems.
D.It makes peple feel less cnnected with thers.

长难句分析
原句 N matter hw well yu may think yu knw smene yu met nline, yu can never really be sure f wh they are and whether they might be dangerus.
