    When I was in recvery frm my eating disrder,there were many pprtunities that I didn't recgnize as candy. At first, I didn't see therapy (治疗) leading anywhere. It was nly by ging t therapy every week fr a year that I was finally able t realise the pprtunities. I had the pprtunities t examine and adjust my thinking,and t challenge the negative mindsets(思维模式) I had abut my life.
    When I lk back,I find that many f the pprtunities that allwed psitive grwth didn't always appear easy r fun. They ften appeared as smething that lked like hard wrk.But when we fcus,cnsistently shw up, and put in hard wrk, it will result in candy.
