Angling Alne, drawn by the well­knwn painter Qi Baishi, is ne f the famus cntemprary paintings in China.
In this picture, we can see huge black muntains in the distance, a wide river at the ft and sme bare trees by the riverside. There aren't any leaves n the branches, revealing that it is late in winter. On the river flats a small bat, a fisherman seated silently n ne end f the bat. Thugh it is s cld, the fisherman is still fishing with great attentin, hping t catch sme fish t feed his families.
The painter described such vivid image that we can feel the atmsphere f cldness and lneliness.
