Where did ------? 是一般过去时的一般疑问句,did是助动词.在一般疑问句中,只要加了助动词,或didn’t 构成的否定句,,句子谓语动词变为原形.

他们把工作完成了吗?
I didn’t ask him abut his study.
我没有问他关于学习的事.
2. n vacatin 在假期. vacatin 的同义词是hliday,
例: We went t ur hmetwn during the vacatin.
假期我们回;老家了.

3. went 是g 的过去式, g t the muntain是去登山,
例: Why didn’t yu g t the muntains with them?
问什么你不和他们一起去登山呢?
g t 是固定词组, 后加名词做宾语, 若宾语是副词,, 则t 省略.

他五岁时上学.
