Nrm Pethrick, a 36-year-ld man in Australia's nrthern city Darwin, was praised n Thursday fr jumping nt a crcdile's back t save his wife Wendy at Litchfield Natinal Park, a ppular turist spt suthwest f Darwin, a lcal newspaper reprted.
Ms Pethrick was standing n a river bank Wednesday afternn when the saltwater crcdile lunged (扑), lcking its jaws n bth her legs as it tried t drag her underwater.
