Step 1 Revisin
Talk abut the weather.
1) Shw a China weather map.
2) Ask and answer:
What will the weather be like in …?
Step 2 Warming up
Wrk in pairs.
When’s the best time t visit yur twn r cuntry? Why?
Step 3 Reading
1. Shw sme pictures abut the weather f the cities and states in America.
2. Talk abut what yu can see in the pictures.
3. Talk smething abut the weather f the cities and states.
4. Intrduce the new wrds.
5. Read the new wrds.
6. Play the recrding and listen t the tape carefully.
7. Ask the students t read thrugh the passage.
Step 4 Cmplete the table.
1. Read the passage again.
2. Cmplete the table in Activity 3.
3. Check with a partner.
4. Call back the answers frm the whle class.
