Grundhg Day is n February 2. On that day, a small animal called a grundhg cmes ut f a hle in the grund. If it sees its shadw, then spring wn’t cme fr anther 6 weeks. The temperature can be as lw as -15℃意为“和……一样”，表示同级的比较。使用时要注意第一个as为副词，第二个as为连词。其基本结构为：as+ adj./ adv. +as。
e.g. This film is as interesting as that ne.这部电影和那部电影一样有趣。e.g. Yur pen writes as smthly as mine.你的钢笔书写起来和我的一样流畅。
其否定式为nt as/s +adj./ adv. +as。 e.g. This dictinary is nt as/s useful as yu think.这本字典不如你想象的那样有用。若有修饰成分，如twice, three times, half, a quarter等，则须置于第一个as之前。 e.g. Yur bag is twice as expensive as mine.你的袋子比我的贵一倍。

We prbably wn’t see any flwers until May r June!until“直到”，表示某一种行为一直持续到某一时间。用在肯定句中，句子的谓语动词必须是可延续性的。“直到……才”表示直到某一时间，某一行为才发生，之前该行为并没有发生。用在否定句中，主句中的谓语可以是延续性的也可以是短暂性动词。 
1.I studied English until 9 ’clck last night.  我咋晚学英语一直学到9点钟。 (表示9点前一直在学) 2. I did nt study English until 9 ’clck last night.  我咋晚直到9点钟才学英语。 (表示9点才开始学) 3. I waited fr five hurs until it was dark. I had t give it up. 
4. I didn’t g t sleep until 11 ’clck.nt until 还可以用于强调句中，也可以放在句首，句子要采用部分倒装。 5. It was nt until he came back that I went t sleep.  Nt until he came back did I g t sleep.

We had t wear ur jackets and bts…have t 是一个比较特殊的情态短语，虽然也具有情态动词的功能，但却与其他的情态动词不同。它有人称、数和时态的变化，其否定式和疑问式的构成方式也与情态动词不一样。同学们在使用have t 时必须弄清它的真面目，否则容易出错。 
一、have t 与其他情态动词一样也是后接动词原形，表示外界的强制作用，强调被迫性。含有不情愿的色彩，常译为“必须，不得不”。二、have t 可用于多种时态，而且不同时态使用不同的形式：一般现在时中，主语为第三人称单数时用has t ; 一般过去时中，用 had t。 have t 还可以用在其他的情态动词之后。
e.g. I have t d sme washing. 我必须洗洗衣服。e.g. She has t lk after her little sister.她不得不照顾她的小妹妹。 e.g. I had t d my hmewrk last night. 昨晚我不得不做作业。  I think he may have t help his Dad in the garden. 我想他可能不得不在花园里帮他爸爸。 
三、have t 的否定式和疑问式一般要借用助动词d的适当形式构成。have t 的否定式是dn’t have t； has t 的否定式是desn’t have t；had t 的否定式是didn’t have t。have t的疑问式同样也借用助动词d的相应形式构成。e.g. He desn’t have t d the hmewrk nw. 他没有必要现在做作业。
