    The first swimmers fr each team were lined up at the end f the pl, shaking ut their arms and legs as they lsened up. Tara reached her arms t the sides and gently swung them. All set, she thught.
    Tara’s teammates swam well. After tw lengths f the pl, they had a small lead. But the third swimmer fell back a bit. As the leader apprached the wall, Tara’s teammate Hannah was slightly behind. “Cme n, cme n!” Tara whispered. She leaned frward, ready t spring as sn as Hannah tuched the wall.
