Utzn didn’t get t see the huse after it was built.
Then, we visited the Jan Sutherland Theatre. The theatre was refurbished (翻新) last year with new high-tech equipment. There was a rehearsal (排练) that day, s we culd hear the beautiful sund f the rchestra (管弦乐队). Finally, we arrived at the largest theatre – the Cncert Hall. It has hsted many kinds f perfrmances, frm classical t rck music. A few years ag, a sprts event was even held there.
Befre we finished the tur, the guide tld us the rest f Utzn’s stry. In 1966, Utzn had an argument with the gvernment and refused t give in. He had t leave the cuntry and mved t Spain. It was a hard time in his life. It was a pity that he didn’t g t Sydney again. But many years later, peple understd him and saw the building as a masterpiece (杰作). It is believed that the traces f varius civilizatins such as Mayan culture, Chinese culture, Japanese culture, and Islamic culture have prvided him with creative inspiratin.

Hw d plants grw in space? An experiment (实验) at the Tiangng space statin can prvide the answer. Chinese astrnauts have successfully grwn rice seedlings (幼苗) which may shw us hw astrnauts can cultivate fd t supprt lng-term space flights.
“The rice seedlings are grwing very well,” Zheng Huiqing, a scientist at the Center fr Excellence in Mlecular Plant Sciences f the Chinese Academy f Sciences, tld China Daily. Since the rice experiment began n July 29, 2022, the seedlings f the tall sht rice variety (高杆水稻品种) have reached a height f abut 30 centimeters. Since the 1980s, China has been taking the seeds f crps t space. But grwing rice in rbit (轨道) is a different challenge due t the hard cnditins in space. Micr-gravity, n air and high-energy csmic rays (宇宙射线) may make it hard fr the plants t grw.
