Made f tyres and glass and plastic bttles, an elementary schl in Jaureguiberry, east f Mntevide (蒙得维的亚：乌拉圭首都和最大城市), claims t be the first public schl in Latin America that is ttally green.
In Jaureguiberry, abut 2,000 tyres, 3,000 glass bttles, 1,500 plastic bttles and 12,000 cans were put tgether with wd, glass and cement t fashin the new schl.
US architect Michael Reynlds, knwn fr building self-sufficient prjects with discarded prducts, is behind the cnstructin f a sustainable elementary schl in Jaureguiberry.
The students there are excited t be in a schl s unique and clse t nature.
