But gd news is that there're really nly thrice kinds f decisins yu need t make abut clr in yur hme: the small nes, the medium nes, and the large nes.(总)
(38)D small clr chices are the nes we're mst familiar with. They 're the little spts f clr … (分)
    Medium clr chices …
    The large clr decisins …
38题上面一段的结尾部分提到“…the small nes, the medium nes, and the large nes.",结合下面两段首句中的“Medium clr chices”和“The large clr decisins”可判断,本段应介绍“Small clr chices”。
D Small clr chices are the nes we're mst familiar with.
    (37) B.It is traditinal t bring a gift t a husewarming. (总一分)Sme peple register a list f things they want r need fr their new hme at a lcal stre r stres. Sme cmmn things peple will put n a gift registry include kitchen tls like knives and things like curtains. Even if there isn’t a registry, ② a gd husewarming gift is smething t decrate the new huse with, like a piece f art r a plant.
B It is traditinal t bring a gift t a husewarming.
    如果空格前后两句话之间有first(首先,第一),secnd(第二),third(第三);firstly(第一,首先),secndly(第二(点),其次),thirdly(第三);first(第一),next(其次),then(那么,然后);in the first place(第一,首先),in the secnd place(第二,其次);fr ne thing(首先,一则),fr anther(其次);t begin with(首先,第一)等词或词组,则表明前后两句是逻辑上的并列关系,空格处很有可能是个并列的句子。
(好处一)(37) A. Fresh air cleans ur lungs. If the air yu're breathing is clean.. the air is filled with life-giving, energizing xygen.… breathe mre deeply, allwing even mre xygen t get t yur muscles (肌肉)and yur brain.

(40)Anther side benefit f getting fresh air is sunlight. While the sun's rays can age and harm ur skin, they als give us beneficial Vitamin D.
根据设空处下一句中提到的“If the air yu're breathing is clean…the air is filled with life-giving energizing xygen." 下文中的“…breathe mre deeply, allwing even mre xygen t get t yur muscles (肌肉)and yur brain.” 故选A。
根据设空处下文中提到的“the sun' rays. give us beneficial Vitamin D”可知,该段介绍了阳光的好处。
    【答案】37 A 40 D
如果空格前后两句话之间有hwever(然而),nevertheless(然而,不过),still(还,仍然),thugh(可是,不过,然而),yet(然而),n the cntrary(正相反),in cntrast(与此相反,相比之下),in cmparisn(比较起来,与……
D yu want a rm that's full f life? Prfessinal? Orate yu just lking fr a place t relax after a lng day?(36)B. Whatever yu're lking fr, clr is the key t making a rm feel the way yu want it t feel.
Over the years, there have been a number f different techniques t help designers apprach this imprtant pint. (37)A. While all f them are useful , they can get a little cmplex .
结合空后的“ is the key t making a rm feel the way yu want it t feel.”
    A选项中的“them”和后文的“they”指代的是上文中的“a number f different techniques”。 故选A。
(36)B. Whatever yu're lking fr
(37)A. While all f them are useful
有时,前后的句子之间出现as a result(结果),thus/therefre(因此),s(such)(如此……
    (1)
Frgive yurself fr mistakes that yu have made. Wearer ften ashamed f ur shrtcmings, ur mistakes and ur failures. (38) D. Remember, yu are nly human. Yu will make mistakes, time and time again.
根据38题所在段落的中心句“Frgive yurself fr mistakes that yu have made.(原谅自己所犯的错误。)”及下文的“Yu will make mistakes, time and time again.(你会一次又一次地犯错误。)”可知,选项D “Remember, yu are nly human.”
    (2)
Large cities were impssible until agriculture became industrialized. Even in advanced agricultural scieties, it tk abut ninety-five peple n farms t feed five peple in cities. 4
    A. That kept cities very small.
    【答案】A
    A Few Tips fr Self-Acceptance
We all want it…t accept and lve urselves. But at times it seems t difficult and t far ut f reach.(36)B. Where d yu start? (问)Here's a handful f ways that will set yu in the right directin.(答)
根据标题“AFew Tips fr Self-Acceptance”及下文的“Here's a handful f ways that will set yu in the right directin.(这有很多可以帮你找到正确方向的方法。)”
B. Where d yu start?
Recently, peple have begun studying the cnnectin between the natural wrld and healing (治愈).(38)G. AII acrss the cuntry, recvery centers have begun building Healing Gardens. Beingin nature refreshes us.It gives us a great feeling f peace.
G“All acrss the cuntry, recvery centers have begun building Healing Gardens.” Being in nature refreshes us.(身处大自然可以使人精神焕发)”在语篇中起承上启下的作用,此空继续阐述处于“康复花园”这种自然环境中的好处,空后的It也指代身处大自然的情况。
(38)G. AII acrss the cuntry, recvery centers have begun building Healing Gardens.
    (39) C. Beingin nature refreshes us.

G.The fd is s delicius that yu dn't need much f it t make yu happy.
•Invite 5-10 peple s yu have a nice selectin. 37.Less_peple_than_that,_and there may nt be enugh things t chse frm; mre than that, and it becmes uncntrllable.

E.Dnate whatever clthes are left ver
F.Have everyne put their clthes in the right spts
G.Tell everyne t bring clean clthes in gd cnditin
【解析】 本段空后“They shuld als prepare plenty f reusable bags t carry their ‘new’ clthes hme.”
(2021·浙江卷 1月)If there are three lines in the stre, delays will happen randmly at different have a gd way t deal with this prblem. F.With three registers, this methd is much faster than the traditinal apprach.
G.But smetimes, as n a Sunday afternn, the system gets particularly busy.
(2021·全国卷乙)And what abut that ther dinnerparty killer: awkward silence? If yu're faced with an awkward silence at a dinner party, the nly thing that always gets everyne talking again is t give the hst a cmpliment (赞扬). 40.________.
(2021·浙江卷1月)If there are three lines in the stre, delays will happen randmly at different registers. Think abut the prbability:33.________ S it's nt just in yur mind:Anther line prbably is mving faster.

E.Dnate whatever clthes are left ver
F.Have everyne put their clthes in the right spts
G.Tell everyne t bring clean clthes in gd cnditin

    ①并列关系:first(ly), secnd(ly), . . . . ; first, then/next,. . . . ; in the first place, in the secnd place, . . . ;fr ne thing, fr anther; then/next, finally/last等。

    ④因果关系:s/therefre, thus, cnsequently, as a result (f), s/such. . .that. . . . , s that, hence, accrdingly等。
⑤转折对比关系:but, hwever, yet, while/thugh, r/therwise, n the cntrary, instead, nevertheless, still, n the cntrast, in cntrast/cmparisn, by cntrast/cmparisn等。
⑥概括归纳关系:in shrt, in brief, in summary, generally speaking, in general, t cnclude, in cnclusin, in a wrd, n the whle, t sum up等。
⑦条件关系:s/as lng as, n cnditin that, if, unless等。
注意在选项中查找表示结果、结论、总结等意思的信号词,如 therefre, as a result, thus, hence, in shrt, t sum up, t cnclude, in a wrd等,选项中也可发现前文的
