What is sprtsmanship?
Sprtsmanship is defined (阐释) as:

★ respecting the judgment f referees (裁判员) and fficials
★ treating ppnents with respect
Sme peple define gd sprtsmanship as the “glden rule” f sprts — in ther wrds, treating the peple yu play with and against as yu’d like t be treated yurself. Yu demnstrate (示范) gd sprtsmanship when yu shw respect fr yurself, yur teammates, and yur ppnents, fr the caches n bth sides, and fr the referees, judges, and ther fficials.
Sprtsmanship is a style and an attitude (态度), and it can have a gd influence n everyne arund yu.
Practicing gd sprtsmanship
S what des it take t demnstrate gd sprtsmanship in real-life situatins? Here are sme examples f things yu can d:
★ Learn as much as yu can abut yur sprt. Play by its rules. Shw up fr practice, wrk hard, and realize that n a team, everyne deserves (值得) a chance t play.
★ Talk and act plitely tward everyne befre, during, and after games and events. That includes yur teammates, yur ppnents, yur caches and their caches, and even spectatrs (观众).
★ Stay cl. Even if thers are lsing their tempers (脾气), it desn’t mean yu have t. Remind yurself that n matter hw hard yu’ve practiced and played, it is, after all, just a game.

In rder t keep a relaxed state f mind, a persn shuld be physically active. A persn wh is fit bth physically and mentally is strng enugh t face the ups and dwns f life, and is nt affected by dramatic changes if they take place.
But hw t becme mre physically fit? It requires a change in lifestyle as well. Yu will have t take a regular exercise rutine in yur life and als eat mre healthily. By aviding junk fds, fizzy drinks, bad habits like smking and drinking alchl and by getting enugh rest, yu will be able t becme physically and mentally fit. Make sure that yu spend mre time utdrs in the sun and fresh air and take part in mre healthy activities. Fishing, bicycling, swimming, and even playing ftball with thers shuld be a part f yur physically fit lifestyle.
By becming mre active yu can increase yur bdy’s fitness levels and als prevent health prblems like high bld pressure frm develping. Exercise is als gd fr yur jints and makes yur bdy strnger verall.
