On December 23,2022,Alexander and Andrea Campagna answered a hurried knock at their door. Their home near Buffalo, New York, was struck by a deadly snowstorm,and a group of nine South Korean tourists(and their driver)were trapped. The Campagna welcomed them in and hosted them for a weekend. What followed was a heartwarming story of sympathy and hospitality. By the end of their time with their guests,Alexander and Andrea planned on visiting South Korea. Alexander and Andrea boarded a ship on a 10-day all-expenses-paid tour of Seoul as guests of the Korea Tourism Organization. It was a reward for the Buffalo couple's kindness and an opportunity to promote travel to the country. Body language is an essential part of communication and can be just as important as our spoken language exchanges. Body language can be both conscious or unconscious actions, so it is important to make sure your body is sending the same messages as your words to ensure good communication. These actions can strengthen the verbal(口头的)messages you're sending or it can lead to mistrust or confusion — signs of poor communication and misunderstanding.
Body language can make interacting with others and expressing yourself much easier, but it can also introduce new challenges. Some nonverbal signs unintentionally communicate parts of ourselves that we don't want others to know. But body language can strengthen our verbal messages and solidify what we are telling others. When you're speaking sincerely, it's natural for your body language to respond to your words through gestures or facial expressions. We also use gestures in conversations to tell stories or describe objects,often using hand signals to show how big or small something is. These are largely unconscious, naturally occurring forms of body language.
It can be difficult to communicate confidence in your actions when you may not feel it internally. When you display confident body language, such as good posture or eye-contact, even if you're making a conscious effort, studies have shown that it can lead to feeling more confident. When speaking to others, practice control-ling impulses to fidget and planting your feet confidently to increase self-esteem.

M:Shakespeare Globe Theater is the world's largest theater that is devoted to the famous playwright Shakes pearein London. The first Globe Theater was built in 1599. Then it was destroyed by fire in 1613, but a second Globe Theater was built on the same site by the following June. The modern reconstruction of it opened in 1997, about230 meters from the site of the original theater.
The theater brings Shakespeare's life to the world, using modern technology, like TV programs and picture displays, so the exhibition is most attractive to tourists. It includes a guided tour of the theater, and opens from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. Admission charges are 8 pounds for adults, 6 for senior citizens and 5 pounds for children aged five to fifteen. A family ticket is available for 23 pounds. This includes two adults and three children.Groups of fifteen or more must book in advance. The Globe Theater season has finished this year.
