【教学目标】
1.帮助学生学习Look and learn中的单词。
2.通过Do a survey的调查活动,帮助学生用Do you ...? 了解同学在儿童节常做的事情,操练巩固已学词组。
【教学重难点】
词汇:cinema, museum, zoo.

【教学过程】
I. Pre-task preparations
1.播放一段孩子们欢度儿童节的录像,让学生体验儿童节欢乐的氛围,引出单元话题Children's Day。
2.设置一个有关儿童节的情境,可以用以下类似的话语引入:
T: (show the date “1 June”) What day is it?
Ss: It's Children's Day.
3.接着,出示一些活动的图片,如踢球、骑车等,让学生想想在儿童节他们会做些什么事?然后问:Do you ... on Children's Day?
II. While-task procedures
1.利用上一个活动设置的儿童节情境,通过出示不同场所的图片引出单词cinema, museum和zoo。
T: On Children's Day, boys and girls go to the cinema, (show the flashcard for cinema) Cinema. It's a cinema. C-I-N-E-M-A, cinema.
Ss: Cinema. It's a cinema. C-I-N-E-M-A, cinema.
T: Cinema. Go to the cinema.
Ss: Cinema. Go to the cinema.
...
板书go to the cinema, go to the museum, go to the zoo 等词组,让学生朗读。
2.出示这些单词和短语,与学生进行问答互动。
T: Do you go to the cinema on Children's Day?
S1: Yes, I do.
S2: No, I don't.
T: What do you do on Children's Day?
S2: I go to the zoo on Children's Day.
3.出示挂图,要求学生就图片进行问答操练。学生先自主操练,再进行问答。
S1: Do you go to the park on Children's Day?
S2: Yes, I do.
S3: No, I don't.
S1: What do you do on Children's Day?
S3: I go to the cinema on Children's Day.
4.让学生看Do a survey的图片,在小组里进行调查活动,并完成调查表格。教师可以先作示范。
T: What do you do on Children's Day, (S1's name)?
S1: I go to the zoo.
T: Do you go to the zoo on Children's Day, (S2's name)?
S2: No, I don't. I go to the cinema.
5.把学生分成四人一组,要求他们进行调查活动,再进行反馈。
S1: What do you do on Children's Day?
S2: I go to the park.
S1: Do you go to the cinema on Children's Day?
S2: Yes, I do. / No, I don't.

III. Post-task activities
1.学生两人一组谈论他们儿童节的活动安排,要求学生尽量使用他们已学的语言。
S1: On Children's Day, I go to the zoo. I like animals. I can see...
S2: I go to the park on Children's Day. I can play football. I like flowers and trees. ...
2.出示一些儿童节活动的图片,和一些人物图片,让学生玩翻牌游戏,根据人物与活动配对情况并说一说。学生也可以两人一组玩游戏,根据翻牌结果进行问答。
S1: It's Children's Day. Sandy goes to the cinema on Children's Day.
