教材分析 | 本课教学内容选自高等教育出版社出版的“十四五”职业教育国家规划教材,《英语3 基础模块》中第二单元的热身(Warming Up)和听说(Listening and Speaking)板块,单元主题是“人与社会”主题范围下关于“社区生活”的话题,听说板块的语料是询问社区相关服务及回应的对话,要求学生能识别并询问社区中的服务设施信息,并能转述社区信息,侧重培养学生的职场语言沟通能力和跨文化理解能力。真实职场情景练习中培养学生的服务意识,同时感知我国优秀的社区文化。 | ||||
学情分析 | 学生能做一些较为基础的关于个人生活娱乐设施的表达,但在关于如何介绍具体的社区服务设施,并转述社区信息方面缺乏词汇、句型及相应的练习;学生听力水平普遍较低,在捕捉细节信息时容易遗漏、误判关键信息,需要听前有任务和预测,听后有反思和总结的进行听力训练,结合说的练习巩固本节的重点词汇和表达,能在真实职场情景中进行语言沟通。 | ||||

Step 1: Lead in |
To a group of people who has just moved in, which service or facility would you like to introduce first?(Add details to finish your introduction according to your choice.)

| 以图片导入社区公共设施的英语表达,再以情景假设导入问题,对社区的服务设施进行简单介绍,加上学生的生活经历,激活知识储备,引出本节话题,激发学习兴趣。为热身活动做准备。 |
Step 2: Warming up
|
1)Present the pictures and phrases.Give some explanation about some new words.(pay attention to the pronunciation) Match them with the right pictures. 2)Introduce the facilities in English: There are many different kinds of services and facilities in our community. You can buy ... in the convenience store. You can ask for...in the community center.
Read the sentences and tick those to require the community facilities.Try to answer the questions. Q:What other facilities do we have? As:There is a very nice garden. (school,supermarket,restaurant,fitness center,hospital...) | Talk about the pictures and match them with the right picture.
Introduce the facilities in English simply to your partner and practise the sentences.
Tick the sentences which require the community facilities and explain why.Then discuss the question what other facilities we have to know more facilities. | 热身环节掌握更多社区公共服务设施的英语表达,通过小组讨论出恰当搭配,并拓展成句子介绍.

Step 3: Listening
|
Look at the pictures and let students predict the content of the listening. Then play the listening.
Before playing the listening, ask students to read the information and know the differences between them,then listen again to tick the right information .(Pay attention to the detailed information in the dialogue)
Before listening, let students read the text and know what they should get while listening .Then play the listening to get the key words to fill in the blanks and check their answers.
Repeat the script together. |
3.Read the passage and know what they should get while listening.Grasp the missing words to finish the task and know the dialogue more.
4.Read the script to check if they get the right information and write the words correctly. | 训练学生利用已知信息预测听力内容,在听的过程中有意捕捉正确信息。
运用听前策略,根据提示信息,有的放矢地听,提高学生把握对话内容的细节并记录的能力。
学生在把握对话主要内容的基础上,提高提取细节信息的能力,同时也为下一环节中的语言输出做准备。

Step 4: Dialogue learning |
Listen to the recording. Read the dialogue after the recording to underline the sentences. Then check the answers.
Analyze the important words and phrases of the dialogue:laundry,at the end of...,by the way,beauty salon,hair salon,beside. |

Step 5: Speaking | 1.Imitate and talk. 1)Read the given sentences and community map to practise dialogue with partners. Know how to require and introduce the community facilities according to the map.
2)Make own dialogue using the facilities:community college,gym,clinic, coffee shop,fitness center.Add some questions and expressions we have mastered before to enrich it,then act it out in front of the class. 3)Teacher gives some advice and corrects mistakes.
