    I didn’t lse weight at first,but I didn’t give up like I did in the past.I realized I started feeling better.My legs were getting strnger.I didn’t feel painful like I used t when I gt up frm my desk.All the effrts I’d been putting int fitness made me want t start eating healthier,t.I began with small changes as well.After these years I started listening t my bdy.It was refusing fd and habits that were bad fr me.

    Breakfast is cnsidered s imprtant that many schls nw serve it as well as lunch.But at least ne study has fund that a lt f these kids wh take part can end up eating tw breakfasts,Schwartz says.Peple became cncerned that kids wh ate breakfast at hme and at schl might becme bese.In fact,Schwartz nw says,that’s nt what her data have turned up.
    Her grup studied sme 600 middle-schl students.Over three years,students frm 12 different schls—in fifth,sixth and seventh grades—were asked abut their breakfasts.Thrughut the study abut 34 t 44 percent f all students said they regularly ate breakfast at hme.Up t 17 percent,r almst ne in every six kids,regularly ate breakfast at schl.On the whle,abut ne in every 10 kids reprted dwning breakfasts bth at hme and at schl.
    Eating habits changed smewhat as the kids gt lder.Fr instance,fifth graders were mre likely t regularly eat breakfast at hme.But by seventh grade,22 percent f the studied kids skipped breakfast frequently.

    Generally,ne f the mst effective ways f lsing weight is t cut dwn n calries.The recmmended(推荐的) calrie intake fr an adult male is 2,500.If a man cnsumes mre than 2,500 calries each day,then he is likely t gain weight.Hwever,if he cnsumes less,then he is likely t lse weight.

    I was t awkward t g t the gym.Jining a gym was ne f the hardest things I ever did.I was always wrried that peple in the gym wuld be staring at me and talking abut me.I really thught I was t fat t jin.My advice is t jin a gym! 4
    I set my gals t high.Setting lng-term gals is great,but these gals always seem t far ff.Yu need t set smaller,mre reachable gals. 5 Set yurself weekly and mnthly gals.
