一、教学内容: Story time
二、教学目标
1.知识目标:
(1)能够运用单词his,her,long,short,eyes,ears,hair,mouth,nose及句型His/Her … is/are …。
(2)能初步理解、掌握对话内容,并能朗读、初步表演对话。
2.技能目标:学生能灵活运用本课句型His/Her…is/are…去完成交际任务。
3.情感目标:
(1)培养学生学会观察事物的能力。
(2)培养学生的创新精神和运用所学英语进行日常交流的能力。
三、教学重点:
(1)能够从整体上阅读故事并理解。
(2)能够用正确的语音、语调朗读对话,表演故事。
四、教学难点:
(1)学生能够准确运用句型“His∕Her … is∕are….”。
(2)能用所学句型描述人物外貌。
五、教学准备:
1.PPT
2.玩偶图片
3.板书准备:课前在黑板上写好课题。
六、教学过程:
Step1.Warm-up‘ Enjoy a song’
T: Let’s enjoy a song.‘My eyes,nose,mouth,ears.’(PPT播放歌曲)
S: (学生一起欣赏歌曲)
【设计意图:课堂伊始,用与教学内容相关的英文歌曲活跃课堂气氛,让学生在轻松愉悦的环境中进入本节课的学习。】
Step2.Lead-in
T:What do you hear in the song?(课件出示图片+单词,录音跟读)
【设计意图:歌曲导入本课生词eyes,nose,mouth和ears,为Story time新授降低难度。】
T:What do they make up?(出示娃娃图片引出a doll)
Ss:A doll.
T:Look at her hair. (生词hair出示并录音跟读)
T:What colour is it?
Ss:It’s yellow.
T:Yes.It’s long.Her hair is long.My hair is long too.(板贴long)
But his hair is short.(板贴short)
T:Is she beautiful?
Ss:Yes.
T:She’s beautiful.(录音跟读)
T:Today we are going to learn Unit8 Dolls(板贴课题并领读)
Step 3 Presentation
1. Magic eyes.
T:Do you like games, boys and girls? Let’s play a game. Magic eyes.
When you see words or pictures, please read them loudly. If you see a doll, please stand up and say beautiful.
游戏规则:看到五官图片或单词就大声读出来。
看到娃娃就起立说”beautiful”。
【设计意图:通过游戏,对新授单词进一步巩固。】
2.Task 1 Watch and answer
T:Let’s enjoy a cartoon now. And I have two questions for you.
(1)How many dolls can you see?
(2)Who is the king ?
Ss:Two.
T:Yes.One is a girl doll,the other is a boy doll.
The boy doll is the king.(领读生词king)
3. Task 2 Listen and circle
T:Listen to the tape and try to circle them out.(学生做纸上习题)
【设计意图:引导学生通过听录音圈出问题的答案,帮助学生整体感知】
4.Task 3 Read and find.
T:Read the story and find out the answers.
How to describe the dolls?
自己大声读课文,划出文中描述洋娃娃外貌的句子。.
学生打开课本朗读对话,根据要求进行自学,同桌交流找到的句子。
反馈:
T: Can you find?

学生反馈所划的句子,顺势呈现P2和P3.
【设计意图:引导学生关注课文中的细节信息,进一步理解课文内容。】
(每幅图提问2名学生,再听录音集体跟读,并板书Her/ His...is/ are...)

(一个器官一名学生,共 4名学生上黑板,放好位置说句子,强调句型Her…is/are…)
