1. Whose coat is this?

Whose疑问代词，意为             ，一般对形容词性物主代词及名词所有格提问。

（1）对my, your, his, her, our, their, Jim’s, Jenny’s等形容词性物主代词及名词所有格提问时，常用句型：Whose +名词+…？

    These are their sweaters.

   Whose sweaters are these?

2.Maybe they are Lynn’s gloves .也许他们是琳的手套。

Maybe作副词，意为“也许、大概”，常放于句首。

Maybe you’re right.也许你是对的。

May be是情态动词＋动词原形的结构意为“可能，也许是”，在句中做谓语。

You may be right.

3. It’s too big for me.

too是副词，意为“太”。修饰形容词或是副词。

The desk is too long.

This book is too big.

(1) too+形容词+for sb. “对某人来说太…”.  for,是介词，意为“对…来说”    eg: The dress is too big for me.

( 2)副词，“也”。用于肯定句句末，其前用逗号将句子隔开。

He is a student, I’m a student,too.
