T: John is on his way home. He sees Amy. What are they talking about?
Q1: What is Amy going to do? Q2: Is the ice cream for John?
T: Is the ice cream for John? Ss: No, it’s for Jack. T: Who is Jack? Ss: It’s John’s cousin. B.Let’s talk 1. 课件呈现John和Jack的人物图片,引导学生猜测对话内容。 T: This is John's cousin, Jack. What are they going to do? 2. Watch and answer.
Q1: Where are John and Jack going next week? S1: They're going to the cinema. Q2: What are they going to do? S2: They're going to see a film about space travel. Q3: When are they going? S3: Next Tuesday.
播放录音,学生跟读对话。然后老师引导学生理解单词“space travel”,“half price”。
老师讲解语法点。( where和when引导的be going to结构的特殊疑 问句;why not+动词原形的句型。)
