1.—What day is it today?今天是星期几？

  —It’s Monday.今天星期一。

   What day is it…?用于对星期几提问， 回答用“It’s +星期几” 或 直接回答星期几。

   —What day is it tomorrow?明天星期几？

   —It’s Tuesday./Tuesday.星期二。

2.星期几的书写

 书写星期几时，第一个字母要大写，可用完整的形式，也可用缩写。其缩写形式，除星期四是前四个字母外，其他的都是前三个字母，并在最后加上一点。

注意：英语中通常认为Sunday（星期日）是一周的第一天。

Sunday = Sun. 星期天

 Monday=Mon. 星期一

 Tuesday=Tue. 星期二

 Wednesday=Wed. 星期三

 Thursday=Thur. 星期四

 Friday=Fri. 星期五
