设计说明 首先,通过询问到校方式引入交通方式的表达,接着使用图片学习本课生词和短语,为学习对话做好准备。然后听对话完成判断正误的练习;读对话完成Let’s Do It! No. 2并填空;读对话找短语并翻译短语。各个环节层层递进,加深对对话的理解。然后,处理本课剩余的练习题。整个课堂环节融入了听、说、读、写、译五种技能,全面培养学生的学习技能。 教学目标 通过本课节的教学,学生达成以下目标: 1.知识目标 掌握单词:ride, off, lady, traffic, straight, luck 接触词汇:bookstore, broken, lost 短语和句型:take Bus 42, get off, get lost, on the way to, look for; How can we get there? Have a talk with the whole class. Teacher says: How do you go to school every day? Ss: I go to school… 2. Show five pictures to learn the phrases on foot, by bike, by bus, by car and by taxi.

2. Teach the new word luck by showing its pronunciation. luck /lʌk/ n. 幸运;运气 3. Get the students to read the new words aloud. Make sure they can pronounce the words correctly. We can do sth. 我们可以做某事。 二、表示请求的句型 Can you do sth.? 你能做某事吗? 三、表示指路的句型 Go down...沿……走 Turn left/ right at... 在……左拐/右拐 Step 10 Language points 1. How can we get there? 我们怎样才能到那里? (1)在英语中,向他人询问去某地的交通方式,通常用how。回答时常用“by+表示交通工具的名词”或on foot,也可以用表示交通方式的动词,如walk, ride等。 —How can I go to the zoo? 我怎样去动物园? —You can go there by bus. 你可以乘公共汽车去那里。 —How do you usually go to school? 你通常怎样去上学? —I usually walk. 我通常步行。 (2) get动词,意为“到达”,后接表示地点的名词时,用介词to连接,get to相当于reach或arrive in/at。当get后接表示地点的副词,如there, home等时,则不用加to。 —How can they get to the park? 他们可以怎样去公园? —On foot.步行。 —How will you get there? 你们将怎样去那里? —We’ll ride our bikes. 我们将骑自行车去。 2. Danny and Jenny get off the bus. 丹尼和詹妮下了公共汽车。 get off意为“下车;从……下来”,与get on意思相对。 get off the train 下火车 get off the plane 下飞机 get on the boat 上船 get on the bus 上公共汽车 [拓展] 表示“(从出租车或小汽车上)下来”通常用get out of,与get in/into意思相对。 get out of the car 从小汽车上下来 get in the taxi 上出租车 3. But they get lost on the way to the bookstore. 但是在去书店的路上他们迷路了。 (1) get lost意为“迷路”,相当于be lost。 Sometimes she gets lost in the city centre. 有时候她在市中心迷路。 (2) on the way to意为“在去……的路上”,表示此意也常用on one’s way to。one’s此处是形容词性物主代词,要与主语在人称和数上保持一致。 Mr Liu buys some books on the way to school. 刘老师在去学校的路上买了一些书。 [注意] 当表示地点的词是副词时,则way后不加介词to。 I often see the old man on my way home. 我在回家的路上经常见到这位老人。 4. We are looking for the bookstore. 我们在找书店。 辨析:look for与find
Jenny is looking for her pen. But she can’t find it. 詹妮正在找她的钢笔,但她没有找到。 5. Go down this street. Turn left at the traffic lights. 沿着这条街走,在红绿灯处左转。 (1)down此处作介词,意为“沿着”,相当于along。 Go down this street and you will find the post office on your right. 沿这条街走,你就会在你的右边找到邮局。 (2) turn left意为“向左转弯”,turn right意为“向右转弯”,此处left和right都是副词,分别表示“向左”和“向右”。 [拓展] turn to the left意为“向左转弯”,turn to the right意为“向右转弯”,此处left和right都是名词,分别表示“左边”和“右边”。 Step 11 Homework 1.
