According to a study of nearly 3,000 primary and middle school students, only 22 percent of them help with everyday chores around the house. The study was done by Ningbo Evening News.
“Schools and families play an important role in teaching students about the value of working hard,” the guideline says.
Primary and middle schools should provide students with hardworking spirit classes every week. Schools can also hold activities to give students realworld experience. For example, schools can teach children the way to plant trees on Tree Planting Day.
Parents, as children's first teachers, should also help children to learn how to do chores at home. Students should master one or two life skills every year. Many kids help their parents to do chores such as washing the dishes, cleaning the floors and taking out the rubbish in the house. And some kids get money or other rewards from their parents, such as playing computer games for 20 minutes.
But some people do not think that kids should get rewards for doing chores. One of them is Susie Walton,a parenting educator. She believes that if kids get rewards, they will think that work isn't worth(值得)doing unless they can get something. For example, kids won't sweep the floor if they see it is dirty. But they will clean the floor if their parents reward them for it. Susie said, “A home is a living place for everyone in the family. It's important for kids to see that it's all families' job to keep their homes clean.”
Other people have different opinions(观点). They believe that money or other rewards can encourage(鼓励) kids to do more chores. It also teaches them realworld lessons that we need to work to make money. Now,there are also apps that encourage kids to do chores. The apps give kids points and gifts that can be used either online or in the real world. With the ChoreMonster app, kids get points after doing chores. Kids can exchange(交换)their points for real rewards, such as time to play video games or a trip to the mall.
What do you think?Should kids be rewarded for doing chores?Or should kids help with the chores without getting anything?

Passage A
Young people are always told that they should make the most of their time, and that they will never be as free again. So, my question is why parents fill up all their children's free time with housework. Parents expect their children to get good grades,be good at sports, and be popular with other kids. However, there is not enough time for them to do these things and then do housework. It's not fair to expect the teenagers to give up their precious(宝贵的) time to do boring housework. Parents and children both have jobs. Parents' jobs are in the workplace. Their children's jobs are at the school.
The only difference is that parents get paid but children don't. Parents say that they make their kids do housework to teach them responsibility(责任). But this is just a trick. Parents trick their kids into doing housework because they are lazy.
Passage B
Both parents and children have jobs. The parents' job is to go to work to earn money. The children's job is to go to school. But we all get hungry. Someone has to cook the meals and clean up afterward. We all wear clothes that get dirty. Someone has to wash them, iron them, and put them away. Children work from 9 until 4. Parents work from 8 until 6. Sure, after 4 o'clock, children have homework. But after 6,parents have homework too. They have to do the shopping,go to the bank, pay the bills, and help their kids with their own homework!
I think it's only fair that the teenagers help out a bit at home. They might not like it,but it's good for them. It teaches them how to look after themselves. This is really useful when __________.
71. What is the writer's question in Passage A?
The writer's question in Passage A is ____________________________.
72. How are parents' jobs different from children's jobs according to Passage A?
Parents ____________________________.
73. Why does Passage B say it's good for the teenagers to help out a bit at home?
