Unit 7 Is this an orange?第一课时B Let's Learn A Let's Listen and Say1.词汇:能听懂、会说、认读B部分新单词banana,apple,orange,lemon,pear,market。句型:能运用一般疑问句“Is this a/an…?”询问物品(水果)的名称,并对此询问做出回答。2.能听懂并会说水果类的单词。3.教育学生多吃水果有益身体健康。熟练掌握B部分的单词;能运用所学的句型询问水果名称并简单作答。掌握orange两种不同的含义;弄清冠词a与an修饰名词单数时的区别。有关水果的单词、图片和实物,多媒体课件。Step 1 Warmup & RevisionGreetings.Enjoy a song:Apple tree.Revision:用课件呈现市场图片,让学生看部分猜整体,引出market,并练习。T:Let's go to the fruit market.进入水果词汇的教学。Step 2 Presentation & PracticeB Let's LearnNew words and new sentence pattern.1.apple画一个大水果篮,里面装满各种水果。指着里面的一个苹果问:①T:What's this?Ss:It's an apple.T:Apple,apple,it is an(重读)apple.(把苹果图片贴在单词旁边)。②板书并带读新单词,个别读,集体读。③出示苹果卡片,并利用卡片进行师生配合,同桌问答。T:Apple,apple.(教师举着苹果图片引导读)Ss:It is an apple.T:Is this an apple?Ss:Yes,it is.做一些水果头饰,当学生回答正确时,奖励相应的水果头饰;引导学生回答并板书Is this an apple?/Yes,it is.本句型结构是本课的难点,从现在开始学习句型便于学生反复操练2.orange.T:Please look at the picture.What's this?(从卡纸做的水果篮里取来橘子图片)It's an(重读)orange.(拼读并板书an orange,把橘子图片贴在单词旁边。)3.pear.T:I have a fruit in my hand.Guess,what's this?(以猜谜的形式引出pear.)Ss:It's a pear.4.lemon.T:What's this?(切一块尝一口,酸的皱眉头)Ss:It's a lemon.5.banana.T:What's this?(出现香蕉图片)Ss:It's a banana.A Let's Listen and Say1.Listen and say.不打开书,听音,然后说出所听到的单词或句子,让学生积极参与。2.Listen and answer.回答问题:(1)There are many fruits in the market.What are they?(2)Is this a classroom?3.Listen and read.听音,跟读。4.Read the text emotionally.逐步有感情地朗读。(突出This is a market.It isn't a classroom.的情感带读。)5.Read and act.同桌表演对话。Step 3 Consolidation & Extension1.Touch and guess.(触摸猜物)在水果篮里装入各种水果,让其触摸水果实物,并用“Is this…”询问水果名称,其他学生用Yes,it is/No,it isn't.作答。2.Riddles.(猜谜语)(1)It's yellow.It's long(长).Is this a…?(2)It's red.It's round(圆的)and juicy(多汁的).Is this a…?(3)It's small and round.It's yellow or green.It's sour(酸的) and sweet.Is this a…?T:Do you like fruits?Look,they are eating fruits!We should eat more fruits.They are good for our health!(出示图片和音乐)Step 4 Summing up & Homework1.小结:师生共同回顾本课时所学的水果类单词及问答水果名称的句型。2.作业:(1)听录音,朗读并背诵A部分的对话;(2)在四线三格内抄写B部分单词各五遍;(3)利用水果单词自编chant。Unit 7 Is this an orange? banana pear lemon apple orange market classroom—Is this a/an…?—Yes,it is./No,it isn't.It's a/an…本课时的话题为水果。B部分重点学习了五种水果的英语表达,A部分重点学习了问答水果名称的句型“—Is this a/an…?—Yes,it is./No,it isn't.It is a/an…”。在教学中,我设计了“猜一猜”的游戏,让学生在玩的过程中巩固了所学的内容,学生掌握得也较好。在正确使用a和an时,学生易混淆,以后还需多加操练。
