What did yu find?
1.指示代词 表示“这个”“那个”“这些”“那些”等指示概念的词,叫指示代词。如this，that, these, thse等。英语中指示代词的用法同汉语中的情况相似, this(这个)和these(这些)一般用来指较近的人或事物, that(那个)和thse(那些)则指较远的人或事物。
2. 学习指示代词, 应注意以下几点:①this与is, these与are没有缩写形式。This is a Chinese car. 这是一辆国产轿车。②指示代词作主语指物并用于问句中 时，回答一般用it代替this和that，they代替these和thse.
3. 指示代词在句子中的用法在句子中指示代词可以充当主语、定语、宾语或表语。例如：This is a pear.(作主语) 这是一个梨。 These vide clips are very interesting and thse nes are nt.(作定语)这些光碟很有趣, 那些没意思。I like this very much.(作宾语)我很喜欢这个。Oh, it’s nt that.(作表语) 哦, 不是那个。
探究二：单数复数的用法
this(这个)、that(那个)，表示一个物体，是单数概念，后面的名词用单数形式(pencil, pen, schlbag), 回答时也用单数形式(it is, it isn’t; It’s …)
2. these(这些)、thse(那些)，表示一些物体，是复数概念，后面的名词用复数形式(bks, keys), 回答时也用复数形式(they are, they aren’t, They’re)。
探究三：be动词的一般疑问句
含有be动词的一般疑问句，即“be 动词+主语（指示代词）+其他？”;当主语是指示代词this/that,作省略回答时，要用it代替；当主语是指示代词these/thse,作简略回答时，要用they代替;第一人称改为一般疑问句要进行人称转换。e. g. This is my bk. （改为一般疑问句）Is this yur bk?
一般疑问句是在句子中用提问的方式提供一些信息，要求对方用 Yes 或N 回答的疑问句。朗读一般疑问句用升调，其简略答语用降调。 由 be 动词（am，is，are）引导的疑问句结构是： “be + 主语 + 其他部分？”

形容词性物主代词后需带名词
名词性物主代词后不能再接名词，本身相当于名词。

探究四：形容词性\名词性物主代词的用法。
mine，hers，yurs 等是名词性物主代词，相当于一个名词，可以在句子中单独使用。它相当于“形容词物主代词 + 名词”。而形容词性物主代词只能和名词在一起使用。例如：This is yur ruler. It’s nt my ruler. (= This ruler is yurs. It’s nt mine.)Thse aren’t his bks. They’re her bks. (= Thse bks aren’t his. They’re hers. )
形容词性物主代词只能作定语，放在名词前。

名词性物主代词可以作主语。
