    In March 2008, I tld my friends: I was ging t shut dwn my law practice and travel arund the wrld in a year.     There really wasn’t any great reasn why I wanted t circle the wrld. I simply wanted t d smething fun and different. When I had this plan, I didn’t plan fr it t lead t a life n the rad frever. I was planning t cme back, pen a new law practice and write a hugely successful bk abut my travels. Befre I left, I started a travel blg, which served as a way t take ntes fr the bk.
    Once I set ff n my trip in December 2008, I fund that travelling withut using planes was nt easy. It tk seven days and nights n trains t get frm Mscw t Beijing. Smetimes, I wuldn’t see a village r a human being fr 10 hurs. I had a whle cabin t myself frm the secnd day f that jurney.
    It turned ut that travelling with n reservatins was far less difficult than I had imagined. Pulling int a city n a bus with a bag, lking in a guidebk fr a few suggestins f accmmdatins (住宿), and then finding an empty rm was never a prblem.
    Sn after I started this adventure, I realised that my return t the US wuld be temprary (暂时的). Abut three mnths int my jurney, I realised that I didn’t want t g back t my ld life. The wrld is s wnderful and I wanted t see as much f it as I culd.

Researchers at Case Western Reserve University say ding husewrk is helpful because f the exercise it takes t get the daily jb dne, which in turn affects mental health.
    Dr. Kathy Wright and a research team at the university’s Frances Payne Bltn Schl f Nursing wanted t find ut hw prperty (财产), educatin, envirnment and health behavirs, like smking, affect an lder persn’s health.
