In the starting-ut sectin f this unit, students will learn abut sme cities famus fr great arts by watching the vide, and appreciate varius art wrks shwn in fur pictures. The purpse f this sectin is t activate students' existing language and backgrund knwledge s as t prepare fr the learning activities f the whle unit.
In the reading part, the students first cmplete a quiz t learn abut the Luvre Museum f France. Then the student will read a passage which presents amazing artwrks in the Luvre thrugh live bradcast. Thrugh reading activities, students can better develp their ability t generalize the main idea f the passage and srt ut the structure f the article by cmpleting the rute f tur. The pst-reading activity inspire the students t share persnal pinins abut artwrks.
