一、 指导思想与理论依据
课标中提出 英语课程的学习，既是学生通过英语学习和实践活动，逐步掌握英语知识和技能，提高语言实际运用能力的过程；又是他们磨砺意志、陶冶情操、拓展视野、丰富生活经历、开发思维能力、发展个性和提高人文素养的过程。

教学背景分析
1. 学习内容分析：
本节课是本单元的最后一节课，学生在之前学习了九月这个月份September，以及日期的初步表达方式，和第一道第十的序数词，因此在本课中为了输出奠定了基础。
上位知识：September
First ,secnd ,third, furth ,fifth ,sixth ,seventh ,eighth, ninth, tenth.

2. 学生情况分析：
学生能够用It’s the …. day f September 来表述日期，序数词的学习也比较不错，对于教师节，学生对话题很有兴趣，他们想为老师做的事情很多，所以很想表达，本节课教师要根据学生的需求提供帮助，让学生把想表达的话勇敢的说出来。
3. 教学方式与教学手段：
本课的教学方式主要是会话教学，学生通过听，读，和机械练习来掌握课文的知识，并通过思维导图初步综合运用语言来描述教师节。

在日期的初步表达，It’s the __day f September.这个句型的英文逻辑思维比较强，学生需要提醒一下才能顺利运用，在本课学习了第二种表达日期的句子It’s September 10th .教师需要对比两种句型。

（一）、知识与技能目标：
1. 学生能够正确理解课文，流利的朗读课文，并能够针对第一幅图进行表演。
2.学生能够在教师节这个大语境中提问When is Teachers’ Day? 以及答语It’s September the tenth.
3. 学生能够就教师节这个大语境中用Let’s …. fr ur teachers.讨论表达能够为老师做些什么.
4. 学生能够综合运用语言来从教师节的日期以及相应的活动来描述Teachers’ Day.
5. 初步了解美国的教师节，培养学生跨文化意识。
(二)、 方法与过程目标
1. 通过听力回答问题的方法来理解课文。通过观察日历和自制小动画来理解 is cming以及are cming的含义。
2. 学生通过观察日历来学习使用问句When is Teachers’ Day? 以及答语It’s September the tenth.
3. 通过拓展讨论的方式来让学生总结可以为教师做的事情，并板书在黑板中，通过图片与板书外加语言支撑的方式让学生初步使用Let’s …fr ur teacher. 并通过划分意群的方式来让学生突破对长句阅读的难点。
4. 通过思维导图让学生来初步从教师节的日期以及活动来描述教师节
5. 通过观看PPT和资料信息来了解美国教师节的信息。

(一）Warming up
活动1：Sing a sng 《Hell, Happy Teachers’Day》 活动目标：引出本课的主要内容，活跃课堂气氛。

教学设计特色与教学反思
（一）教学特色
本课的教学特色主要是突破难点以及思维导图的使用和词汇的拓展
ing 的理解，通过对比日历教师节一天一天的到来，以及语气的变化，让学生理解is cming 和are cming 的意思。
2. 用图片的方式来拓展词汇，学生们除了会表达make cards，还可以表示，sing a sng, draw a picture, make DIY, send flwers来丰富学生的语言。
3. 丰富学生对老师的表达的话语，用简单的语言，Thank yu , Happy Teachers’ Day, 以及I lve yu 让学生初步运用语言向老师表达自己的情感
4. 对于文化的渲染，让学生知道除了中国教师节，他们的好朋友Sara美国教师节的日期和怎么过教师节，丰富学生的视野。
（二）本课的反思：
1. 在情境的创设上还应该更细致一些，从Sara到Mama 家做客，一些做客用语，到最后询问妈妈在哪？原来在厨房，在做什么？等小情景的创设，组成一个大的情境。
2. 思维导图的设计上，中心句缩短为，Teachers’ Day is n September 10th . 最后你想说什么改为I want t say ….. 会更流畅一些。
3. 在最后prductin环节输出时，不要一下子直接让孩子说，导致孩子想说，有兴趣说，但是没有勇气说，可以分别设计四个情境，分别为，make cards, sing a sng , send flwers, make DIY。让学生一个一个的说，然后再让学生自由的表述。
