Let me tell yu abut the lin, the king f animals, and als my favrite creature. The lin belngs t the cat family, and it is the biggest f the felines. Lins can be fund in eastern Africa in cuntries such as Kenya and Tanzania.
They live in the grassland and are renwned fr their hunting skills. They eat weaker prey such as zebras r antelpes. The lin can bring dwn and kill large animals with its pwerful legs and its strng jaw. It has very lng canine teeth. Lin fur varies frm light brwn t yellwish-reddish. The lin's babies are called cubs, and they are usually brn with spts n their fur that vanish when they reach adulthd.
Male and female lins lk distinctly different. The liness lacks the male's thick mane. I read that the manes make hunting mre difficult fr lins, and they als keep the male lins ht when temperatures get warm. But this mane makes lins appear larger: it is their way f impressing and intimidating ther animals. It is a symbl f their pwer and virility.
I have seen lins in a cage at the z nce but I wuld lve t g t Africa t bserve their daily lifestyle. One f my dreams is t g n a safari smeday.

Let me intrduce yu t my dg—Minnie, wh I has had a dg fr a cuple f years.
The dg is a Glden Retriever. It is a pretty big dg with a lt f energy. It has a lng muzzle with a lng tngue. Its cat is very dense, and it has a creamy clr. It is s sft that everyne likes t pet it. Its tail is quite lng t, and he keeps n wagging it all the time. He's a very lively dg. I like t tease the dg by scratching his ears. It's gt these lng sft ears and I smetimes turn them inside ut. It makes him shake his head very strngly. It's amusing.
Actually, Glden Retrievers are the best t have with a yung child in the family since Glden Retrievers are kind and friendly and very sciable. We all agree that the dg is smart and als eager t please. I think it's gd fr my yunger brther t be brught up with a dg.

Let me intrduce yu abut the mst astnishing and clrful bird I have seen in Hng Kng aviary -- parrt. It's such a stunning bird with very bright green and red feathers. It's als an extic bird, which is why peple are always impressed by it, because it makes pigens and seagulls lk quite dull in cmparisn.
The bird I saw was eating n a branch. The staff at the aviary feed the birds with seeds and fruit. As it was busy pecking the fruit, I had a gd chance t bserve it. Parrts have a curved bill and a tngue! I'm nt a bird expert, but I remember thinking it was quite funny and surprising t ntice a bird with a tngue!
I learnt that there were many different kinds f parrts, with different clrs and different sizes. I think these animals are abslutely incredible and really smart. When yu talk t them, they seem t listen and lk at yu. This is why s many peple like adpting a parrt as pets.
As yu knw, parrts have the ability t imitate human vices and peple have always enjyed a gd laugh ver this. One f the emplyees at the aviary tld me that parrts were very smart but they did nt like t stay n their wn. They need t interact with ther birds r humans. It's quite fascinating!
