Unit 6 Countries Lessson2

一、说教材： 

本课是人教版小学英语（一年级起点）四年级（下）第六单元的第二课时。本单元的主要话题是国家，是以会话形式呈现的。通过Binbin与Tom之间的会话，学习询问他人来自哪里的交际用语，如自我介绍、国籍、所在国家的风景名胜以及代表性动物、个人的兴趣爱好等，文中的小朋友们在交谈时彼此了解对方、了解各国的地域文化，培养学生热爱祖国、热爱世界、友好礼貌的价值观同时培养学生热爱自然、爱护动物的情感以及培养学生要拥有广阔的胸怀和宽广的视野。  

二、 说教学目标

知识目标:

1)   能够掌握Where are you from?及答句：I’m from … You can …

引导学生使用英语交际并能正确书写，通过各种活动激发学生学习兴趣。 

2）学生能够听懂并正确认读 koala, maple leaves, Big Ben, Disneyland等词汇。 

技能目标: 

1）学生能够借助图片听懂会话并正确朗读。 

2) 学生能够在语境中理解并初步运用有关询问他人来自哪个国家的句型。 

情感目标:

1)通过了解各国的地域文化，使学生了解中国地大物博，培养学生热爱祖国的精神。

2) 从全方面让学生了解世界，培养学生热爱世界、热爱和平，培养学生热爱自然、热爱和平，培养学生广阔的胸怀和宽广的视野。 

3) 学生通过猜测、探讨、总结等学习策略，锻炼自我思维品质，自主养成终身学习的学习习惯。 

三、说教学重、难点 

1）教学重点 

词汇重点：Big Ben、 maple leaves、 koalas、 Disneyland        辅助应用的词汇重点：相关旅游类及爱好类的词汇 功能句型：--Where are you from?   --I’m from … You can …

 辅助应用的句型重点:--I’m …                    --I like

 2） 教学难点 

句子You can visit Big Ben/ Disneyland in the UK/ USA.中the的位置 see koalas词组中koala的重读关注 

四、说教法，学法

1 情景教学法

   情景法强调语言在情景中的应用，让学生身临其境地学习英语，使教学在生动活泼的情景中进行。学生在轻松的情景下，容易学到知识与运用知识。

   2 任务教学法

通过引导学生在课堂上完成任务，有助于激发他们的学习兴趣。在完成任务的过程中，将语言知识和语言技能结合起来，有助于培养学生综合的语言运用能力。促进学生积极参与语言交流活动，启发想像力和创造性思维，有利于发挥学生的主体性作用。

五、说教学过程 

1. 课前导入（Warm up and lead in） 

Sing a song: Countries

After greeting, Teacher shows some pictures. 

Pictures: I want to introduce my friend to you. Who is she? Do you like her? What are her hobbies? 师生互动，教师引导学生猜测。 

Video: Peppa likes to travel.教师创设情境，引入线索人物。  Review and learn some new words. 

T: Last summer holiday, Peppa traveled around the world. She went to some 

different countries. Do you want to know them? Now, let’s travel around use a fun way.（use a chant）      Eg. China 

T: Where is it? The first station is China. China is our motherland. I love China. What about you?  

教师呈现图片the Great Wall： 

T：Look! What is it? How about it? I’m proud of it.  

T: Peppa went to China. Let’s have a guess. What can she do in China?教师由长城的图片引发学生猜测，而后播放小猪佩奇的录音来印证猜测。 

Peppa Pig: I can visit the Great Wall in China. T： What about you? 

Ss: I can visit the Great Wall in China. T: Yes. You can visit the Great Wall in China. 

2. 呈现新知（Presentation） 

1） In the journey, Peppa not only went to some beautiful places but also made some new friends. Do you want to know them?  

2）Let’s talk. 

 呈现课文图片，读图 Who are they? What are they talking about?    第一次听音、解意，回答问题。 

  What are they talking about? (countries and hobbies) 第二次听音，画出重点句式、回答问题并填写表格。 Where is Binbin from? Where is Tom from? What are their hobbies?  

（学生根据原文会话回答问题，教师板书句子） 师生、生生问答功能句，完成表格填写。

3. 巩固提高 (Practice) 

1）第三次听音，跟读正音。 

   What do they say? Listen and follow.

 2）Pair work 

Ss can read the dialogue with their partners. 

 3) Dubbing show    

4. 拓展提升 (Application)  

 1）Group work 

  Step 1: Show the turnplate. Ss can find some cards.  

 Step 2: Listen and ask. (use these stentence structures)   Eg.S1: Hello, I’m … .       S2: Where are you from? 

     S1: I’m from … You can visit/ see … in my country.          … 

教师示范，学生小组对话，充实转盘内容。 

 Step 3: 

1） Listen to a song about friends. 

2） Peppa Pig took some photos during the journey. Let’s help her choose.（right or wrong） 

3）. Love the environment. Love animals. Love the world.  

5. 作业（Homework） 

同学们，今天的英语作业时间为15分钟。在15分钟内，你轻松地完成第一级和第二级作业后，可以尝试完成第三级作业。 

Step 1: Talk with your parents by using these new sentence structures. Step 2: Write down your information: I am from ________. You can ____________. I like _____________. 

Step 3: Collecting information about other countries:         Buildings: _____________.         Animals: _____________.         Plants: _____________. 

六、自评

1.课堂设计有趣，环环相扣，采用多样化的教学活动：

课前：与课程主题相关的国家歌曲让学生很快融入英文课堂。（音乐）

课堂中：表格的形式，让学生主动思考，把该节课语法进行了运用。（任务教学法）

结束：把课堂内容进行了延伸，培养学生爱护环境、爱护动物、热爱世界的价值观。（情感教育）

不足之处：

在每个环节之间的过渡不够自然。需要仔细琢磨环节之间的过渡语。
