一、魔法导航 在写作中我们通常把用以支持主题句的句子称为支持句或扩展句。段落扩展句的写作是段落写作的“核心”,其质量高低将决定整段文章的 成败。在段落扩展句的写作中要注意以下几个问题:
1.抓住一个中心,对扩展句精挑细选。 所有的扩展句都必须与主题句保持一致,都要为主题句服务。所有与主题句无关或关系不大的句子都要从扩展句中去掉。如:Quite a few things give rise t the traffic prblem.In spite f the large-scale cnstructin f rads and highways,there is still much rm fr imprve- ment,because f the ever increasing number f cars these years.What's wrse,sme drivers,cyclists and pedestrians d nt think it vital t bey traffic rules.
【评析】　本段的主题句“Quite a few things give rise t the traffic prblem.”点明了本段的中心思想:介绍导致交通问题的原因。下面的 扩展句紧紧围绕中心句说明了两种具体原因,有力地支持了主题句。
2.选用合理的写作顺序,保持扩展句之间的连贯性。 扩展句不能杂乱无章地堆砌到一块,而是应该恰当运用合理的写作顺序(如时间、空间、逻辑等顺序)把各个扩展句有机地组织起来,使其浑然 一体。例1:运用空间顺序组织扩展句。如:Our library is in the center f the schl.There's a beautiful garden in frnt f it and ur classrm building is right behind it.

3.恰当议论,锦上添花。 在扩展句的写作中根据实际需要对某些扩展句进行恰当的点评或做进一步的阐释不但可以丰富段落内容,而且还可以起到深化主题、画龙点 睛的作用。如: When I am faced with difficulties,I usually chse t refer t relevant learning materials r web pages.In this way,I can nt nly wrk them ut but als imprve my ability t vercme difficulties all by myself.
4.注重结构,段落层次分明。 在段落扩展句的写作中可以采用有形或无形的“三节式”扩展模式,即“主题句+扩展句+总结句”的结构。如: In fact,traffic rules are part f the rules and regulatins clsely related t public rder.Withut them,peple culd nt enjy harmny r the cuntry wuld be in chas.But rules alne dn't secure an rderly sciety.It is the peple wh bey the rules that matter.Therefre,it is everybdy's duty t bserve them t keep ur sciety in rder and ging n the right track.
