A. boys' B. boys C. boy D. boy's以上我们已经通过归纳总结和练习对本课的语法内容有了一定的了解,下面就让我们根据之前练习的考察情况进一步选择讲解该语法项的重难点。Noun + ’s 名词所有格一般由名词与后面的“’s”构成,意为“……的”,表示所属关系。具体形式有以下几种:※ 一般情况下,在单数名词的词尾直接加“ ’s ”。如:Jim’s football I would like to take the boys to our school’s football field. ※ 以-s结尾的复数名词,只在词尾加“ ’ ”。如:the teachers’ chairs The exchange students’ homes are in the UK.※ 不以-s结尾的不规则名词的复数形式,直接在词尾加 “ ’s ”。如:Children’s Day, people’s, women’s Today men’s pressure is bigger than yesterday.※ 若表示两人各自拥有的东西,则应在两个名词后都加“ ’s ”,且后接名词的复数形式;若表示两人共同拥有一件东西,则只在位置靠后的名词后加“ ’s ”,且后接名词的单数形式。如:Tom’s and Mike’s rooms (两人各有一间) Tom and Mike’s room (两人共同拥有一个房间)Neil’s mother is calling him from the UK.Charles’s car※ 人名后面常常加“ ’s ”。如果人名是以“-s”结尾,仍在后面加“ ’s ”如: The students have some presents for the exchange students, but their things got mixed up. Your player is over there. ※ 名词性物主代词相当于“相应的形容词性物主代词+名词”,能单独使用。Your town is very large. Ours is a small one. I know you like that toy, boy. But it’s not yours, it’s hers. Note that his have two functions. The bag over there is his. It is his bag.2. The possessive adjective its does not have an apostrophe (’). its means “它的,它的东西”. it’s means “it is”.
